Ты просто не знаешь Алижана. Алижан не борется на правой руке обычно. Только только начал бороться серьезно. Потому что рука то у него была сломано когда то в прошлом, локоть правой руки. А это большой минус в этом спорте. На этот вес поднялся тоже недавно, обычно весит меньше чем 110. А остальные наоборот гоняли вес, чтобы поучаствовать на 110. А на левой ему нет равных, взял 110+кг. какая мощь? вы хоть наблюдаете в этом видео как он действует? На старте просто заворачивает плечо и за счет высоко роста давит сверху, у него бицепс даже участвует.

He came back from an injury i heard. For awhile he competed supermatches with his left only. He may need another 10 months or a year to fully be 100% like his left. When Devon had surgery on his right elbow it took like 3+ years before he's back to were he was, but he was much older then Alizhan here

@@calvintrainer1212 For what I know Alizhan injured his elbow badly and didn't treat it properly so he has been years out of competition with the right. In fact he said he doesn't think his right would ever be in as good shape as his left. He started couple of years ago to compete again with the right and was doing not that bad, but he only toprolled. This WAF I saw him go somewhere in between a toproll and a hook. It looks lie he still doesn't trust his elbow and prefers to go outside, but if he is cauoght inside he still won't give up. But you can see from his matches that he doesn't use too much his sidepresure.

@@Elyron-wv3ne you should be able to commit your shoulder super fast and it should be extremely resiliant, so that you win the center extremely fast and then you can continue on with the triceps. so side pressure first and then triceps finish. Wether you end up in flop press or just hookpress is not really for you to choose, it happens if the opponent has a strong cup/pronation, you dont really train to be in the flop press position.

Right, it should be regulated somehow, sometimes it gets to a point when the opponent is wrestling with your body, not your arm, because the shoulder crosses the center line and your arms can no longer be moved unless the opponent moves your whole body.
