She's a great 9. Always knows where to stand, when to rest and when to give 100%. If the physical capacity wouldn't be a problem, she'd be a very well performing striker in men's football

Man. I was so upset when she got ruked out. But it was still a tough game all around. You guys deserved it. Though I will call for the handball VAR missed lol. But overall, the game was intense. You guys pulled out the winner.

I am under no illusion the game could of gone different if she was fit! For me she is the best number 9 in womens football right now like Benzema her movement and finishing is a joy to watch no matter what team you follow… the day after she wrote to Beth mead congratulating her for he win and her personal accolades for me she is class on and off the pitch it was close game a great game we got a our little bit luck which I do believe we deserved but Germany where Amazing in the game! 👏

And she miss the final because of a muscular injury. Tragic.

England had the proper style to give her a hard as possible game ... just as our girls pretty nullified Beth Mead. It would have been a 50-50 game also with Popp ... one side has to lose it and the other will win. That's sport.

Beth Mead and Lauren Hemp are more dangerous.

Was mir bei Alexandra Popp nicht gefällt, ist diese aggressive, trotzige, fast wutentbrannte Art, sich zu freuen. So kennt man es ganz häufig bei den Männern, auch dort gefällt mir diese Art zu jubeln überhaupt nicht. Wenn ich mich freue, mache ich ein freundliches, frohes Gesicht und nicht eines, das aussieht, als möchte ich jemanden zusammenschlagen.

Freue ich mich, weil ich ein Tor geschossen habe, oder bin ich voller Geifer, weil ich den anderen eine reingewürgt habe. So sieht das nämlich immer aus. Gefällt mir halt nicht, wie gesagt, auch bei den Männern und vor allem auch bei den ausländischen Spielern. Was ist daran wütend, trotzig, das hat gar nichts mit Schlechtmachen der Deutschen zu tun. Erst mal überlegen, bevor schreiben!

@@Mompfried Gegenargument: Als sie ein Tor erzielt, indem Sie die Torhüterin blockt, ermahnt sie mit Finger vor dem Mund ihre Kolleginnen, NICHT Schadenfreude über die Torfrau zu zeigen. Du interpretierst da etwas hinein, was zur gesamten Karriere der Frau nicht passt.

@@zwergberg Sorry, ich wollte eigentlich nicht Alexandra Popp schlecht machen, ich habe auch in Interviews mitbekommen, dass sie ein ganz patenter Typ und eine nette Frau ist. War vielleicht falsch von mir, gerade sie als Beispiel für ein Nenehmen zu nehmen, dass ich GENERELL nichg leiden kann.
