Thanks coach really love these ultimate guide videos!!! For video requests, I would really love to see a video on how to master defensive skills if possible. Like different types of block, slip, pull, footwork in different angles, distance management, escape, as well as some counter punches and combinations. Thanks for all the tutorials, wonderful channel keep it up 👍

​@dravendude101 or let people train and lose weight however they want to and not be an ass? Vr is good for exercise while having fun, it's one of its main selling points. Clearly he doesn't want to fight competitively so who cares how he trains

I can't express how amazing this channel is. I spar with my friend every week and we both learn so much from this. I've been boxing since I was a kid and in every video there's something new that I never considered. I'm writing this comment legitimately just as a thank you for making this content.

Tony, shout to you from the U.S. I have been boxing 20 years, do not compete anymore. Had 48 amateur fights. I still learn things from your videos that I pass to my students I train. You are excellent in teaching/ demonstrating, and especially your attention to detail. Best boxing vids out there. Great job n keep it up.

This man one hell of a coach. His passion for boxing very recognizable. I’m learning to box and this is the best stuff I’ve seen

Been a grappler for most of my life with a little experience in mma. Took up boxing after recent acl tear and repair thinking it would b nice to "get good" at some striking. Your videos are top notch, very informative and nice that u educate from the perspective of both a professional and someone who might not have experience. Plz keep them coming!

i dont know man. maybe you should stop for some time. an ACL tear seems to be a bad news for any martial art. even in boxing, you need to rotate your hip, which put a lot of stretching on your already weaken ACL, which may lead to further damage.

Man U are so under rated u should have way more subs u are great man I’ve learned a lot by you keep it up 👍

He has half a million subs, that's a TON. Keeping in mind that it takes most people about a year and a half of consistently posting videos just to reach 1000 subs.

I’m happy that theres someone that actually has experience and knows what their talking about is teaching us how to box with proper basics and techniques, just by seeing you hit the bag we can tell you are a professional, there is a lot of internet ‘boxers’ that think they know what they are talking about but putting out misinformation and not showing proper technique. Thanks for actually taking the time to teach the art.

Awesome video Tony, even though Ive already been training and using this stuff for a long time, I still appreciate these videos being that I been known this stuff it is a good check list for me to go threw to make sure im still on track , and it's a good reminder to brush up on to make sure I'm not forgetting any thing or gotten away from anything. Also sometimes these videos will have some small detail of something I didn't know so I always still appreciate these videos that I basically already knew. Also I train and teach sparring partners at home and this is a video that I would show my training partners cuz Tony can word things and teach better than me. So thanks to Tony I appreciate all you do, and there is always something useful in every video you upload. So I really don't understand why 5 people disliked this video? That's just got to be some very miserable and hating kind of people to dislike a video like this. Also this man shares gems for free!!!! Tony I can't thank you enough for the knowledge you share with us. For those that are new to boxing or even intermediate this video is vital info. I'm just a little blown away how anyone could dislike this video. I taught my two boys I'm training the liver shot, oh man I love that shot, during when the boys are sparring my code for the uppercut and double liver shot is " the Tony Jeffries", I have codes for certain shots for my fighters so they know what to throw just to confuse the opponent, it's brilliant
