They were all amateurs, until Lomu nearly went to league. He changed the whole sport.

If they did this for England, it would be the Chris Ashton try vs Australia and that's it... Every year the All Blacks are so dynamic in attack.

Two things I’d _almost_ forgotten: 1) Christian Cullen was the master of long distance tries and 2) Kronfeld was great at being there, on the shoulder, for that final pass. Great highlights. Thank you.

The try from JK will always be a legendary 1 mate

I was at the Italy v NZ game in 87. First game of the World Cup. Sat in the West Stand, right in front of where JK scored this try. It was great to see him weaving down the field towards us.

Inga's try in the 1991 World Cup was sensational, just saying! That try in 92 was also a great team team. RIP Lomu nobody like him. The class of Cullen, the pace of Kirwan. Some great highlights

The Lomu era was exciting. His power and passion inspired a generation of players to get fit, big and step into the tackle with power. JK is still my favorite of all time though.

He is a legend but his opponents were little men, modern day wingers are build big like Jonah. Julian Savea has better stats and played in modern day competition.

@@jasonpepper2870 Julian is 6.3ft runs 100m in 11.8sec and not as strong or as skilled a Lomu.. lomu 6.5ft, has run 100m at 10.4(pr), holds the most 60m tries in the in rugby ... P.s tana umaga is a 6.3ft centre and most players in lomus era are similar in height and statue to today's players, John Eales 6.7ft lock.. facts don't care about your feelings! U lose

As a player or a Team, and regardless scores, winning or losing, you will remain great if you stay "Rugby". What a sport.
