*ഞാൻ 2022 ൽ പുതിയ nexon EV എടുത്തു.ആദ്യത്തെ വർഷം claim ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടായില്ല.അത് New India Insurance ആയിരുന്നു.രണ്ടാമത്തെ വർഷം TATA AIG യിൽ B to B renew ചെയ്തു.കുറച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞ് എന്റെ വണ്ടി ബ്രേക്ക്‌ ലൈറ്റ് ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു ബസ്സ് പെട്ടന്ന് നിർത്തിയപ്പോൾ പുറകിലെ ladder ൽ ചെറുതായി ഇടിച്ചു.ബസ്സിന് ഒന്നും പറ്റിയില്ല. എന്റെ ബമ്പറിന് ചെറിയ damage ഉണ്ടായി. അപ്പോൾ എന്റെ പുറകിൽ വന്നിരുന്ന ഒരു മോട്ടോർ സൈക്കിൾ എന്റെ കാറിന്റെ പുറകിൽ വന്നിടിക്കുകയും ചെറിയ ഒരു damage ഉണ്ടാവുകയും ചെയ്തു.Claim ന് പോയപ്പോൾ മുൻഭാഗത്തെ 6000 രൂപ മാത്രമാണ് ക്ലെയിം തന്നത്. പുറകിലെ 5000 രൂപ ഞാൻ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട് മൂന്നാം കൊല്ലം ഞാൻ B to B ഞാൻ എടുത്തില്ല.*

I have the experience of Cashless Insurance, the repairing dealer never shows us the parts they repalce or repair how they do.If it comes to compulsion that any parts to be changed they get it from secondhand market and they change it( they never replace original from company).For example any of your door get damaged and it should replace they get it from the (Aakar shop ) no new door from the company.But they tell us it is new door from the company.After two to three months it slowly gives you problems( door mis matching)Once it get painted we things that the parts is new.They do it to deceive us everywhere.
