About 4 years ago I fixed 10 years worth of chronic golfers elbow with 2 weeks of BPC. They've been bulletproof ever since. I've been dealing with knee pain for a few years now. Training methods haven't worked so I just ordered BPC157 and TB500. I have high hopes for what it will do!

Hello, great informative video! I have ordered some of the peptides through my provider and the GHK copper peptide arrived as a purpleish blue powder. How do you recommend I prepare the product prior to injection? And as far as dosing goes, it is a little difficult to obtain information. I am a 145. pound 34-year-old female, very active.

Would a nasal injection form of this be viable? If so would it also induce the mentioned healing properties? Thanks a lot

I don't think we have conclusive evidence to say one way or the other. A lot of the studies on peptides show that systemic was equal to local injections. There are folks that swear by local injections but that's all anecdotal at this point. If it's not too hard to inject it may not be a terrible idea to try the local injection, worst case scenario it's not better off than subcutaneous.

Ya, sadly. I have seen mixed results with our patients. Some tolerate it ok, even though it's more uncomfortable than other peptides. Then some don't tolerate it at all and develop a large erythematous reaction that's uncomfortable. Some have found mixing it with BPC 157 improves the pain.

This is typically injected subcutaneously. Similar to insulin, which then it allows it to spread around the body.

You could try, I'm not quite sure how much improvement you would see with a topical application. I'd be curious to see if injecting into the scar would help at all. Some of these peptides have been show to minimize scarring. But I haven't seen any studies on existing scars and if they would cause any remodeling of existing scars. Best of luck!

I'm not too familiar with him. You want to make sure you have a sterile product. If it's for topical use I wouldn't inject it.

Anyone else found ghk cu peptide made them tired and or listless? I know it has been described to “reduce aggression” so curious what that mechanism is. Because of this lack of aggression, or lack of motivation, I’ve found I need to stay at 1mg eod. And to do it at the end of the day as it seems to improve sleep.

I think it would be helpful for sure, but most studies were basic studies using liver cells in a test tube. I would take a look at thymosin beta 4 and thymosin alpha. Those have more promising studies for liver issues. So depends I guess partly on the etiology of liver injury. I am planning on putting out a dedicated TB4 video summary in the next week. Liver is not an area of focus for me but as I investigate the research for musculoskeletal issues I do see the other things pop up like brain, heart, etc.

100mcg-200mcg injected intramuscular daily or 1.1-1.4mcg per kg of body mass. Minimum use of 6 months. We cannot overdose on copper unless we take an absurd amount. Steve talks about this in a video he has out. Look up Vigorous Steve GHK-CU. He goes into detail! Cheers

How many units is this ? I use the insulin needle to administer to myself . Currently I was prescribed 20 units a day. I am being educated and just want to be sure I am doing the right amounts for anti aging and gut health .

We use a 60mg vial. Reconstitute with 6mL bacteriostatic water inject 20 units (0.2mL) SQ daily. So it's about 2mg/day.

Standard dose for the injection is about 1.5 mg. Typically vial will be about 50 mg then you spread that out over a month with one dose a day. With more research I'm sure they'll have a better dosing guideline.
