I've always called it Crazy 8's, but I don't think the 8's are Wild in Last Card. I used to own this on the original DS.

Whoever did the sound effects for this deserves a reward. They made it as immersive as possible, and the HD Rumble for some pushes it to new levels.

Maybe if it came free with the Switch or it was $10 then yea I'm sure the game would have tons of positive reviews, the only problem here is the amount of content you're paying for which is very little.

They are. Back when Club Nintendo was a thing, I got a mario themed deck of Hanafuda cards, and I think in one of the screenshots (or trailers, my memory is horrible) I saw that same deck being used as a theme for Hanafuda.

-You have to put all your pieces(coins/pawns? Idk which word is used in English for that, but whatev) in your last quarter of the board before getting them out -You can't put one piece on a place where there are 2 or more of you opponent's -if one of your pieces land on a place where there's only one of your opponent's, that last one goes back at the beginning and your opponent has to put that one back on the board before moving others -You roll 2 dices, and can move 1 or 2 pieces how you want (example: 3 and 6; you can move either 1 with the 3 and 1 piece with the 6 or only 1 piece with the addition of the two, so 9) and if you get a pair you get to move 4 times the value (a pair of 2s : 4 times the 2s, so 4 pieces with each 2, 1 piece with 8 or however you want to get a movement of 8) See? Not that difficult to understand (or at least I hope I wrote it so it's understandable) Or you just look it up online or play the prequel to this game that was on the DS

It's so nice to see this game again after so many years. Also glad they specified that you'd be able to play with friends online in this video, and not just random matchups.

Backgammon: "Roll the dice and move your pieces towards your base, while placing hurdles for your opponent!" and if time allows for an extra tip: "Group your chips together so they're not captured and sent back to the start!"

It's amazing how much detail and charm Nintendo can pack into what any other company would have made shovelware.

The original game on DS was built so well and had an excellent presentation; I’m so excited that it finally has a sequel on switch. Day 1 buy for me, easy.

I'm a bit sad this game is so underrated. It's no Wii Sports, but my dad and I have been playing this game 1-2 times a week for the past few years, and almost have 2,000 hours in it. It's so good ✨

Honestly there’s a lot of value here, 47 games you can play with friends is always nice and thins like Billiards could give a lot of fun

This games sound effects are hella satisfying

You can see the old Club Nintendo hanafuda cards in the trailer. What a reference.

I love that this is simplified TableTop Simulator. Both of these are such a godsend in these trying times

This looks great. I doubt I'd play many of the games, but there are quite a few that look like a lot of fun.

I wish there would be a kind of tournaments. Either in different games or only one. It would be also nice to have like a "competition mode" where you can play with friends, like the 1st place gets 3 points the 2nd 2 points etc. That would be pretty nice.

This is gonna be such an amazing game for friends and family I’m so excited lol

Besides the four single-player games, you can't play Fishing, Team Tanks, or Slot Cars online. They are, however, the only three to support the multi-screen thing shown at 4:17.

@@IR4ndI0mIL0wIb0Ib Naturally, but that means two more are also not available. Not sure which two though or why. But it's still exciting. Look at things like Mario Party where only a tiny number of the games are playable online. I was worried it would be something like that.

I love this game. Wish there was more games added or a sequel to this game.

In all seriousness, the narration just proves that what we're getting right now is cut from a Direct. As if Paper Mario just dropping on us 2 months before release wasn't enough proof of that.

Absolutely amazing! I loved 43 games on the DS, perfect to play before going to sleep. There's always something you feel like playing. It was an instant pre-order 6 weeks ago and I've been counting down the days since.

It's actually really simple. You can only place a piece if it sandwiches 1 or more of your opponent's consecutive pieces between the newly placed piece and an already placed piece. When you do that, you flip all of your opponent's consecutive pieces between your 2 pieces, changing them to your color and thus making them your pieces. The game ends when the board is filled or no more plays can be made, and the winner is the one with the most pieces of their color (under their control).

Psuedo Nym Thanks for the explanation! I’ve played Othello before, I just find it funny that they renamed it “Renegade” and didn’t even bother introducing it beyond that name no one has heard of 😂

More excited for this than any other game this year.

This looks amazing. The original clubhouse games on DS was awesome back in the day and this looks really good as well.

It is absolutely mindblowing that this game came out almost a year ago!

It's beautiful...I've watched this for 5 hours now.

As a kid who grew up with an DS R4 Card, this brings a smile to my face. Too bad there's no Balance, that was one of my favorite games!
