Sounds great! It's a shame there isn't more of that sound on the inside. Test drove a 21 plate with Akrapovic exhaust and it was pretty loud on the outside but oddly quiet even in race on the inside? No cracks or pops from the exhaust either. So the salesman showed me a 20 plate with standard exhaust and remote valve controller and that was better, but drove a 2018 model last summer and I remember that as being much more vocal inside. In an ideal world I would actually like less sound outside and more inside but still a great drive as always - first time I've ever been a bit sideways on a test drive!

My 18 has the valves open full time and sounds pretty decent, I wish I could double the volume inside tho as well.

My valves are permanently open in all modes thanks to an AHM controller. The 2017 is a nice balance of noise inside and out.

Year 20 model and up had more insulation applied inside along with thicker glass all around to make the car sound much quieter hence why it's sounds quieter. Stock Monza exhaust has remained the same from the get go.

Yes I know that’s another way to do it but my controller was already in the car when I bought it. So perhaps also free. 😂😂😂
