@@jamieleetose1because her task by Lee was to conserve the brand and techniques. Dats why she focused more on commercial aspect. Her runways kept the technique without taking big risks.

Sarah is one of those designers who are often overlooked, behind the scenes and actually more talented then the "loud" ones. I'm so so glad that she had the opportunity to show her true abilities and can't wait to see what she will do next. Wonderful collection as always! 🖤❤🖤
The collection is sublime, the silhouettes empower the female body and harmonize in a sublime way, the fact of seeing Naomi Campbell close the show looking like a goddess makes it unreal.

Oh my God! amazing collection! I fell in love with the dress Naomi wore! Naomi is the queen!!! And thank you for inviting our I.N! He looked amazing in a white McQueen outfit! ❤
Thanks to I.N I was able to see some of the most beautiful outfits I've ever seen. I hope see more beautiful pieces of art from Alexander McQueen in the future too!

I loved Alexandre McQueen way before i knew about SKZ existence, so you can imagine how excited i was when i start noticing IN using the brand, this is an historical moment for the house since it is Sarah's last collection 💔 and having IN be part of that story, literally brings me to tears, he is perfect for the brand, so refine, so elegant, so strong, I'm so happy and excited for this match made in heaven ❤❤❤

Heroes was the chefs kiss for this collection. The 90s collaboration between Bowie and McQueen was iconic.
Niaomi Campbell is aging so gracefully she is for sure one of the most prolific, iconic models of all time along with Gisselle my two favorites ever to grace the runway with such beauty & pose 🫶🏾💕💕💕💕
I can't believe this is the last Alexander McQueen's Sarah collection we witness, I'm so glad to have to see so many beautiful collections and to complete my dream to see IN being part of the history almost brings me to tears, co gratulations Sarah and thank you for everything!!!
To all those ignoramuses who bleated constantly about Sarah not understanding McQueen's vision, congrats, you got your stupid way. This collection proved you completely wrong, but that never mattered, apparently. Good luck to her and I hope she gets the appreciation she so deserves in whatever she decides to do next. Lee would have loved her stuff.
I'll always remeber buying my first Mcqueen, the tailoring fit me better than anything, the surprising wings that flared out in the shoulders that i didnt wven know were there, the gorgeously seuctive yet classy mesh flesh-toned panels, impeccable luxury and felt so british with its history embedded into the costume that felt dramatic and sophisticated. forever inspired by this one... ring of fire forever
Thank you Sarah Burton❤️ there is no designer that has ever inspired me so much as Lee McQueen and you. Never seen something as cool as your ship dress from 2016 I believe, and all the embroidery and red ribbons! And Kate‘s dress obviously!

The silver with the strands forming a lovely shape on the last model is technically superb . The clothes in black look very wearable . The white crochet garments extremely pretty . The red was stunning , very beautiful. The dress that flounced and floated resembled a deep pinky red orchid . The movement striking
