As a realtor in my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.

Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Melissa Terri Swayne for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.

Two of my favorite people!

I left my fulltime job last year. Started couple of businesses. As alex mentioned its shiny objects that pulled me towards this decision. Inspite of proper plan, strategy, product I'm not able to make a singe sale over last 13 months. I made my first youtube sales yesterday. This is not a shiny way to make money as people project it to be. Great interview!!

Brandon! I was watching your podcast with Alex Hormozi. He said he has changed direction in business, multiple times and has been punished for doing so. Isn’t this just a perspective? The way he is looking at the situation? Because I see it as, “if he wouldn’t have pivoted, he might not have learned the lesson he did which ultimately was a BIG factor in where he is today?”
