Le lo ek fir ghar ke bahar khada karke chugging chugging karte rehna

My first favourite is alco locomotive 😭 alco locomotive chugging sounds it is like my heart beat 😭

we are going to miss Alco and old ICF coach like in 1900 we lost steam, meter gauge etc, I think the railway should need to make a museum for them .

2:01 my favourite WDP-3A, the only ALCO with capacity to haul a 24 coach at 160km/h, that too single handedly ...

WDM 3D is also capable of reaching 160kph while hauling 24-wagon train....Not sure if WDM 3D can do so single-handedly, but they can do so in pair for sure....

The notification was released somewhere in December 2023 that all the ALCO locomotives will be released from the mainline duties and from passenger trains in particular. But still, few trains are running with the ALCO locomotives like, Jaipur - Hyderabad Express, Jaipur - Suratgarh Express, Purna - Patna Express and Narkhed - Kachheguda Intercity Express on a regular basis.

Uttarakhand Sampark kranti exp ka coach count recently 22 se 16 hua...fir haal hi me 12 coach ki ho Gaya hai...iske badhe me baat kijiye...

Kuch engines ke prime mover nikal ke sell kiya jata hai. Kai sari companies unhe purchase karti hai aur as high power generator use karti hain.

Lekin kuch coaches jo damage nahi hote aur unhe hydraulic se re railing krne ke bajaaye . Railway unhe bhi JCB ki madad se palti maar maar kr kone me patak deti hai aur wo coaches bhi damage ho jate hain JCB se palti khaate khaate . Aakhir aisa kyu hota hai ?? Coromandel express ke coaches bhi 2022 - 23 ke hi the and North East express ke coaches bhi waise hi pade hue hain abhi tak jbki 6 months se uper hone jaa raha hai

The cost of taking these coaches back to its designated yard and refurbishment far outweighs the cost of giving the train new coaches. Railways simply issues a tender on GEM portal and sells these coaches as junk to the highest bidder as scrap. If you want your question to be answered by a pro raise the same question before Knowledgeknorr as he has some great knowledge about railways

The case of Bangladesh is interesting. They are using the limited money they have to purchase EMD locos from the USA (6600 series, for their fast services) and using our donated second-hand but powerful WDM3D locos in goods traffic (as 6500 series, also with non-premium express and passenger trains)

In future Alco Locomotives also will be phase out,Only EMD loco Wdg4/wdg4d and GE WDG4G/WDG6G we will see mostly in freight, mostly they will use In shunting duty only Alco loco

Time ke sath new technology adopt karna padta hai. Emotions ki kadar karta hai IR isliye itne saare railway museums bana rakhe hai. Railway ko emotion se jyada revenue, operation costs & net profit par focus karna padta hai. Mostly railfans electric locomotives ka mazak udate hai yeah keh kar ki IR kehta hai hum electric traction pe isliye shift kar rahe kyoki wo less pollution karta hai, but ironically most of the electricity to coal se generate hoti, to pollution kaise ghati; BUT wohi log bhul jate hai ki "NET ZERO CARBON EMISSION" railways ka SECONDARY goal hai; PRIMARY goal hai ki India ka imported oil se dependency kam karna. Coal se electricity generate karne ke liye hume coal imports par dependant nahi rehna padta hai, But diesel import karni padti hai. Electricity sasta padta hai Diesel ke comparison mein.

​@@RailCaptures-byGKP Agar oil ki dependency hi kam karna chahta he Indian Railways to Oil ka alternative source dhundna hoga wo bhi research se..sirf electrification me khambe lagane me uspe kharch karne se nhi hoga.. Research karo dusre Oil ka substitute ka jese Biodiesel.., Hydrogen, Methanol blended diesel ka ( news me aaya tha) pe invest karna chahiye.. Existing diesel fleet ko retrofit to ho sakta he na taki wo sirf shunting k liye hi nhi.. Balki Freight operation me kaam aaye Alco locomotives aur EmD locomotives dedicated freight corridor me.

@@nishantmohapatra8113 AlCo to ab khatam hi samjho, EMD jyada se jyada 10-15 yrs aur, iske liye IR retrofitting pe paisa barbaad nahi karega, jab already 98-99% route electrified ho chuki hai. Jitna money & time "green fuel" ke R&D mein kharch hoga usse jaldi & easily to Coal based power plants ko Nuclear based powerplants se replace & renewable sources like wind & solar power plants setup ho jayenge. But for your information; Methanol blend diesel & Biodiesel pe chalne wali EMD engine already develop kar chuki hai RDSO, kavi export order ayega to export karenge, but khud IR ke use ke liye nahi develop kiya hai. Hydrogen to avi bas prototype hi hai world mein jahan bhi aaya hai, kitni reliable hai yeah bhi kisi ko pata nahi, to important nahi hai yeah filhaal, atleast railway industry ke liye to nahi.

Faltu ka pesa barbaad kar dia Khambe laga k Uss route pe Jaha Karne ki Jarurat hi nhi thi.. Baat he agar Coal and Nuclear based power plants ki to wo economic growth ki major assets he sabse jyada demand aur revenue ka source whi he..Usko ko chah k bhi band nhi kia jaa sakta. RDSO ko iss cheez me Research jaari rakhni chahiye taaki Oil ka alternative source nikala jaa sake.. Sirf Electrification pe rely karne se nhi hoga.. EMD Locomotives will be there always in railways because in anytime emergency situation,OHE Pole wire cutoff,power block...diesel locomotives are needed,Only Alco Locomotives will be phase out and scrap permanently in future because of age issue and pollution.

EMD locos ko dismiss yani Scrap nahi Kiya jayega because of emergency situation jarurat hoti hai,Only Alco Locomotives ko Phase out and completely Scrap Kiya jayega future Mai because of Pollution issue age issue karan.

May be Itne Sare Trains ko accommodate nahi kar sakte isliye kuch Trains ko dusre Station se Terminate Kiya jata hai,har chizz ki ek limit hoti hai.
