@@thewind6047 lsu has had special teams problems all year. Muffed punts against multiple teams, aswell as that critical point blocked that would have tied the game. Long story short, special teams has been an ongoing tale of mediocrity. The Tigers have been progressing every single week, and it lead to that exact moment. So do you kick it, and risk it being blocked? or do you take what you learned throughout the season, and make a risk that you wouldn't (or should have) dared going for on week 1? BK believed in his team and his process, and it paid out on one critical play. It's a story about trial, error, and development. If you can't see it, im sorry💀💀

Wow what a GAME. As a Bama fan nothing but respect for LSU and their program. A very physical and gritty battle out there tonight. What a call by coach Kelly to go for the win. Certainly out coached us tonight. Very disappointed, but impressed with LSU’s game plan and execution. They were the better team out there tonight. Paperclip Not really. Alabama defense just choked down the stretch and Will Anderson was nowhere to be found. Because he Sucks in away games at big moments. The best players don’t care where they play or how far they go. They care about winning. Couldn’t get the drops when they needed to. Plain and simple. And no I’m no Alabama fan but I respect what Saban built over the last 14 years.

I think Clemson with one loss played themselves out by losing a non-competitive game to ND, after barely winning close games to inferior teams. Yes OSU has been shaky at times, but they clearly have a better team than all but UGA and maybe UM. The OSU-UM game should be wild.

Tough win and a tough loss, but my favorite part is moody with the sack in the 4th on Daniels, and helps him up. What a guy. Wasn't in his emotions and being nasty to the qb he just sacked; instead, he lends him a hand up. I know discipline and penalties has been an issue for this tide team, but I loved seeing the sportsmanship in that moment. That's the football we want: a tough game between two strong teams, and no childish temper tantrums. Good on you, Moody!

As much as that call was about going for the win, I believe it was even more about Brian Kelly earning the respect of his team and the entire Tiger nation. Even if LSU had not converted the 2-pt. conversion, it was the right call. BK proved that he believes in his players' ability. Being at the game and attending LSU games since ‘91, I can tell y’all that this was the funnest game I’ve ever attended. The stadium was electric, them bayou boys played like they wanted to win, and talk about the call that’ll go down in LSU history as “the conversion”. BK took me from thinking we might have a 6 win game to giving me CFP hope as the only 2 loss team to do it. Geaux Tigers!

I disagree on this game being "classic". It was a ragged game because Bama was inconsistent all night long. This is one of Bama's worst teams in the last ten years and I think the problems begin with Bryce Young who has never lived up to his Heisman hype. ITs not that much of an upset unless it’s in Tuscaloosa. All of Bama’s bad games were away against conference opponents. If it weren’t for the sh**ty Bama defense this season you would’ve been down a lot at halftime.

You should hope for some chaos because it'll be hard to choose a 1 loss Vol's Team over a 1 loss division champion from the Pac 12, Big 12, or big 10. There most likely will be 3 undefeated division champs and 3 1 loss division champs, but I think Clemson is out. If that's the case then it will be hard to get a spot even though I still think y'all have the best team in college football, even after the loss

I'm sorry to say but if Georgia wins out Tennessee has zero chance of getting in the playoffs after getting beaten so badly by Georgia. Tennessee needs Georgia to maybe drop one and needs the SEC West champs to beat Georgia in the SEC Championship or Oregon lose the PAC 12 championship for Tennessee to have a shot at the playoffs again.

Even my high school team got our 58 game winning streak broken Friday in Bixby Oklahoma and this has been upset Saturday for sure. All my cousin’s friends and my sister are jumping up and down in Louisiana and my daughter in Georgia. My daughter in Bama, well honey I know.

Today was a great day in college football. Bama and Clemson were both knocked out of the CFP.

Daniels was just too good. Even the refs tried to help Bama. LSU's defense, the magic of JD, and the guts of coach K send the Tide home. Saban is really starting to look like he's not having much fun anymore.

What a game! I remember watching Daniels at Arizona State and thinking man this kid could be really good if he puts on some weight. Now he looks so good playing at LSU. Proud of the kid a lot. This was a great game and a huge win for LSU.

Agreed ASU Alum here and I am so glad that he got to play for a team that can highlight his skill and protect him in the pocket

That 2 point play was ran perfectly they must have practiced that one a bunch! It was just right to the pylon edge where he could fall back into the endzone even if the defender was closer and had a chance it’s easy to fall back and push yourself into the endzone. Just a beautiful play call! The bunch recivers bunching the DBs right there so when the motion man follows mason he has to run through those guys and can’t stay super close to the LOS so it give us a natural rub pick and frees up space for the tight end!!! Love it! STTDB!😅

I went to Orlando to watch my Iowa Hawkeyes play LSU. We won on a last second TD. But I have been a LSU fan ever since! I have NEVER been to a bowl game or road game with SUCH NICE opposing fans! Tiger fans I met were just the nicest people! I'm watching LSU DISMANTLE Purdue as it type this. Go Tigers!!

First the fumble before halftime that gave Hama a free 3. I understand that’s the rule. Still dumb af. Then the tipped pats in OT that hit 92s middle finger?? Refs were screwing us and we still got the W. That’s Baton Rouge proud short and simple. Death Valley is the hardest stadium to play in college football

The refs has always tried to save bama a$$ especially in the Tennessee game . Idc if bama had all those penalties. When It’s crucial they make sure something if not everything goes bama way . Refs don’t want to get threats for letting the dynasty fall
