I think it's from "Find No Enemy", though I could be wrong. Loving this guy right now, seems a real free-thinker. Just watched that debate where he schooled Tommy Robinson from the EDL on British history, and now I can't get enough of him. Can anybody recommend me some other good modern artists I should check out who are similarly politically and historically aware, doesn't have to be Hip Hop, I'm easy :)

Dr Dre has been using bands since the chronic at least. tbh, I wish Hip Hop was more sample based, it's all MIDI now.

came across this uy at a televised debate in Newcastle. he sounded informed and spoke well. ive never heard of jim,too old I thought, then I asked kids where I work and they didn't knw him at all,to a man! so I didn't feel I was too out of touch if his peers haven't heard of hm. it would appear he is more well know for speaking well than being a rap artist[ is! he?]. I guess its handy, for him at least, to have a back up since hes' a fringe artist. I assume he would shrug and dismiss that

Knowledge is power ,then one can control events .This makes the assumption that the knowledge you have is correct ,there's the rub.

that would be like Donald Rumsfled said, and unknown unknown. knowledge is supposed to be indefinite truth. Proven By application. You know it's Correct, that's what makes it knowledge. otherwise it would be just assuming, which inquires that their is doubt. their is no doubt in what knowledge means. it's an oxymoron. knowledge is awakened not shared.

The man's an inspiration. Cheeky as fuck but I'm trying to get a name for myself through my music, I write lyrically driven Melodic Rap/Blues songs. Trying to get through to some of the people that inspire me but its obviously almost impossible with how busy they are. Most of my songs that have been recorded are quite self centered, about alcoholism and struggle though now I'm over a lot of that I'm trying to branch out into more politically mindful songs. I have a lot to say. Hear me here kzread.info?search_query=matt+murphy+note+to+self
