Facts. Most of other shoetubers’ content is literally reading the tech specs, describing the colorblocking as if we were blind, “quality” grading, and 🔥 or 🗑. This i also why i fw with the podcast bc the Nightwings are so organic with their conversation and info. Yall missin out if you arent listening to it. Keeps me grounded on my Mondays at work

Damn… JB is killing my pockets with the heat of OG and old school colorways. I regret not buying these in 2004, when they kind of sat on shelves for a few days (the good ole days where you can just walk in a store and purchase some heat).

If you’re a fan of 13s then it’s always the good old days. My favorite silhouette and it’s great to never have to stress about copping them. Always sit and even go on sale.

Easy cop for me. 13s are the one of the few AJs I wear beyond the first six silhouettes. I still ball in 13s for driveway hoops. Been checking for these this past year. This will be a lifestyle pickup for me ☝🏾

I know you've got to cut stuff for the algorithm, but I always appreciate your tangential discussions, which is why I enjoy your unlaced series as well. Never would I have imagined my love for sneakers, comics, and overall nastalgia combined in a podcast, so I'm hoping you're able to keep producing those videos. These 13s are dope. While I'm saving for the Royal Reimagined, I'm glad they retro'd this pair.

Def want to grab these ; loving the nostalgia factor of late with certain Js coming back we haven't seen retros of since the early to mid 2000s. I had a pair of these back in the day and long overdue for another retro. Actually not the biggest 13s fan but certain OG and other special colorways i do go for. I want these but i will circle back on them after the holidays ; possibly might be able to get them on sale the way i did with the Cardinal & Chambray 7s and the Burgundy 5s. On sale or not be it a restock or some footwork i expect to be able to get these after the holidays.

Definitely getting these. I wanted them so bad in 04 but I was a poor kid. You know the story but yeah I’m so glad these are back so I can get them this time.

Columbia 7s were the most comfortable Jordan I’ve ever owned out of dozens and dozens of retros. Pillow soft.

I don’t like wheat colored shoes but I remembered how many times you’ve said you wanted. It was cool to see the joy these bought you.

I will also echo the longer slightly off topic goodness from Chris. We love the knowledge and info! Keep it coming!

Hey bud love the videos always so informative, entertaining, and accurate. So here’s my question for you. I just got my Jordan 12 “Cherry’s “ and wanted to see if you have noticed how uncomfortable the tongue is? I had the originals in the Taxi color way back in the day and they were so comfortable. Then I got the flu color way comfortable. These new 12s the tongue is brutal, hits my ankle bone.

I still have mine from 2004, my freshman year in college. Surprised I can still wear them just no pickup games obviously. I will definitely get them again for nostalgic purposes. I think the wheat is my fav non original colorway release!!! So clean and just dope!! So happy there finally made the toes soft like the originals….I know that’s been a sore topic of contention for you …for YEARS!!! Even when we first met…I saw the passion seething out of you when it came to that topic. LOL…I agreee with you but it was nice to see someone that passionate about details like that. The 13s were my fav to play in…followed by the 11. Lows, well I guess they call them the IEs now. Side note…Rahul is the best!!

These are my first 13s and I got my second pair off SNKRS the other day and like the first one they sent, they look wrong. The both toe box and the tongues are wonky. 😢

Wish Jordan brand would stick to rereleases for OG colorways every 6-7 years, really need a pair of 12 and 13 breds

Hello Chris (hope I spelled your name right). Just watched your video and you mentioned about a future project/video with some J’s. Would you be interested in reviewing my only J 14s (black toe and the last shot) I purchased back in 99 when I use to live in Chicago? Those 2 are the only J’s I’ve bought and have kept them in very good condition (90 percent wearable - casual wear). Still have and kept the receipts when and where I purchased them.
