1/4 tsp of Pepper
1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Paprika

Oh, this is great. I just purchased a brand new air fryer from Costco. I couldn't believe it. I saw some girl had it on her flat bed cart. Sur La Table Air fryer for 99.99! It has 2 air fryer with trays, 1 regular cookie sheet tray. 1 drying rotisserie basket for like coffee nuts ect , 2 rotisserie plates for chicken and meat, and you can put skewers in the rotisserie plates for 6 kababs!

Another very healthy recipe. A ha! That’s good! Eating healthy is one way to be able to live a long life. Vegetables are super nutritious for you & they contain a ton of vitamins & minerals as well fiber which helps you stay full for hours to help you not to overeat. It’s really nice to see you making a ton healthy recipes on your channel that we can make in order to live a long life.

@@inthekitchenwithmatt I recently saw a video of you on Facebook ordering a salad from a restaurant called Salad & Go & you were eating it in your car. That’s healthy. You really seem to eat healthy for most of the time in your life for longevity.

They will taste differently but this video isn't about those other methods or what method is the fastest, it is how to do it in an air fryer. Also it uses way more energy to heat up a huge oven for that amount of cauliflower.
Can I do it without oil?

Yes you can, it won't taste quite as good and won't get as crispy.
