AIR FLARE WORKOUT CONDITIONING BY BBOY RICKY RULEZ

I suggest this set of exercises at least 3 times per week or more if you want to get your airflares faster, I always recomended a good diet and strech to prevent issues but mostly for a healthly lifestyle.
This is a guided training for those that need inspiration in daily solo sessions and would like to learn how to make better use of thier time with simple workouts to keep us in shape.
