@@AH-ng7zt Doing her job is understanding the drug's given to the patient, being patient with him, and not allowing a person given such drugs to be in a hospital room near children to begin with so it doesn't become a problem (or remove children from the room if their in the same one)....you can't blame a drugged patient for their behavior.....distracting him and asking him simple questions would have been a good way to do this rather than thinking telling him to stop would actually work. It's common sense that a drugged person won't have control over themselves or what they do/say....if the Mom can't understand that, at least the nurse could for god's sake.

Let me say as someone who's had a bunch of surgeries, all I can say is I'm happy no one had a camera phone to record me. Some of the things people in the room have told me I've said make this young man look like a saint. Oh, and it is funny AF. Like someone said, "He literally has heroine(it is a very close derivative) equal to 1 part of his total weight. No, one could or does come out that is not as high as the sky and feeling no pain.

They could have kept in busy in some other conversation. Like a trip he had as a child or what he likes to eat or something. And they could have spoken about it on repeat just like his behaviour so he'd be engaged and would look for happier memories.

I cut my finger open at work and had to get stitches and it was after a 10 hour shift(I work at chick fil a) and I was covered in all types of stuff by the end of the day (grease chicken and many more things that get on u working in the kitchen) and they just cleaned my arm and the general area and they started stitching.
