THE ONE they totally backed him into a corner. Granted, he did start off rough with the “it should be fairly obvious” comment but he did immediately become apologetic. He was clearly ‘on edge’ as they said but aside from the rough start he was fine and they wanted to keep pressing the matter. I feel for him, i’ve been there.

I’m being serious. He’s not a jerk, he was an individual who was clearly on the spectrum. Neurodivergent people come off as rude or callous to neurotypical people. But most times it’s not them being rude, they just view the world from a different lens. They just process and communicate differently. In a lot of ways my heart goes out to him.

This was all a skit. I feel bad for the guy because he basically had the role of playing a d-bag. They always have “fake” contestants during auditions to make the show interesting and raise ratings. **Btw I got all of this from an interview with tmz,** he isn’t crazy and it’s sad that the truth is buried. All of this to make an interesting moment on a shit show.

I think he just said that to be cheeky and rile up the other judges. He did have a decent voice but he knew it wasn't good enough to get anywhere in the competition and dude was like glaring directly at him the whole time. He knew he had no place in the competition, dude was volatile.

Andrew is a fine example of how anxiety can make or break your career, tbh, life in general.

@@texnkid the music business doesn't care if you're neurodivergent. Im neurodivergent myself and I never get a break for just being neurodivergent. When he said it was from "waiting all day", and there are people out there literally living on the streets waiting for their big chance into the spotlight, it makes perfect sense why that struck the judges the wrong way. You gotta know how to talk to these people if you want to be let in to this business. This dude would probably go really far by just simply working on his social skills and learning how these people think/make decisions so he'll know how to talk to them in a way that gets them to wanna work with him.

Don’t know if anyone will see this but we can all agree all these people would be TikTok famous😭

I feel so bad for the first guy... he was so panicked and awkward and they just turned it all against him instead of hearing him out. most underconfident people would react the same way if they were in a room full of famous people they're trying impress all while being filmed. his singing was really nice and he should have gotten a chance!

First guy actually had a really nice voice. Just way too tense.

I think when Andrew said that he was on edge from waiting, I think he meant that he was anxious for his audition. Also, I think his entire audition, he was trying to be confident, and funny, trying to have a sense of humour to portray a nice personality. He should've gotten a chance, they didn't judge his singing, they judged him, and to me, that means they didn't do their jobs.
