What we need to start doing is having armed rapid response groups in neighborhoods that can outnumber and swarm police doing raids to make sure everything is by the books. Imagine 30 LEO'S raid a house and within 5 min they are surrounded by 150 armed citizens making sure they are not up to any funny business, call it a constitutional audit. Props to ABC for making this story and getting Afroman some support. If the reports were true then a simple stakeout would've done the job, and whoever made the false reports should be charged. Unfortunately, you can sue for anything. Whether or not you win is a completely different story. For the record, I don't agree with that policy, but just pointing out the facts.
The fact that ABC News can show the same footage Afroman did, make money off of it the same way he did via views on KZread, and not have a lawsuit filed against them shows exactly why the police have no case against Afroman. Same way you can record any encounter with the police, pick it apart on your own KZread channel, and keep all of the money you make from the views.
