What we need to start doing is having armed rapid response groups in neighborhoods that can outnumber and swarm police doing raids to make sure everything is by the books. Imagine 30 LEO'S raid a house and within 5 min they are surrounded by 150 armed citizens making sure they are not up to any funny business, call it a constitutional audit. If they try to claim authority and make arrests just raise your guns against theirs. The people have the power they just need to act

Depends. If Bob comes to me and tells me Joe murdered someone and buried the body in his backyard, then I tell police, a judge will probably sign a warrant due to the circumstances. Same as in this case. Someone said Afroman kidnapped someone and had her in his basement. This is a serious crime. Of course a warrant will be issued. The solution is not necessarily going after the judge but charging the "informant" who made the false claims.

I'm not certain you understand completely. That was a hit-squad, they weren't there to arrest him. They would have owned the entire property, home, and everything in it had they caught him there. (These squads of real life mercenaries are operating in multiple states all over the country today) He is lucky to be alive right now and should move to a wealthier area where his money doesn't make him stick out and he can blend in so this won't happen to him again. This isn't a time to be stubborn or brave, because this is not a scenario where you can win. He needs to seriously consider moving to an upper class area in a safe county in a different state asap. I worry we will be reading sad news in the not to distant future if he doesn't...

Bro... I believe we all have a RIGHT to film & publicly show what happens in our homes. If someone breaks into our home, rips off all their clothes, shoots up heroin, masturbates, and then decides to pee on the floor, then there is no expectation of privacy. If they get filmed and feel embarrassed because of it, then that's their own fault. The officers in question should be filing a claim against whoever sent them. They also robbed him... caught on tape. It's really like saying police have the right to literally break down your door, put a few ARs in your face then take whatever they want... on a "tip". They want their likeness to be removed for making him money but imagine how this would have gone if he were home and had any reaction, whatsoever, to an entire swat team breaking in. A sack of mj produced by law enforcement, to some, probably would have justified it all, especially if he didn't survive the encounter. Sad part is when you hear people openly say they'd wish someone would come raid their house in an attempt to take anything... Cold dead hands and all... We can bet there are countless other cases of unaccountable men, with guns coming with the full backing of our government to destroy peoples lives and property, that we are not hearing about. And, as the officer who sneered about getting compensation for the damage demonstrates, "It don't work like that.", they are quite smug about it.
