That's Frank Zane in 1975, not a good year for him IMO. He really slimmed down for whatever reason and he has said multiple times in interviews that he considers it to be his worst year. He had a very bad showing at the 1975 Mr olympia as well, placing poorly in the Lightweight class. He came back in 1976 with a lot more muscle and there is a few Zane fans that consider 1976 to be his best form, but he lost to Franco Columbo that year.

@@aesthetics_memes9991 He has a blog post on his website where he says hed had a very unpleasant year in 1975 qnd couldn't train as well. I think 1975 Zane honestly still looks very good, but isn't anywhere near as mind-blowing as his other appearances. I'd compare him to someone like Steve Davis in 1979, where his physique is good, but not really fit for the olympia stage.
