Absolutely love this song. But why does no one ever acknowledge the fact that "Make It" the first song on the first album has the absolute best opening line ever! It not only introduced you to the song but the album as well and the band. It is pure genius! No better way to get you to love Aerosmith than to hear "Good evening people, welcome to the show got something what you all to know.....". It is instant fan making.

I was listening to the first Album today. YOU Guys from Boston shook up this Cleveland Boy with your Rockin Roll. You forever changed my life. @62, now, I'm still in awe of this Album. This song has to be my number one of Twenty number ones of you Bad Boys. Steven how the Hell did a Kid make this Greatness. The Genius of this song is OUTSTANDING. I am not sure what went on in that head of yours, way back then, but my Friend the vision you had deserves the recognition. Every thing from the combo beginning, Joey and Joe! Damn, that was great, Base Guitar lead with Lead Guitar accompaniment. Who does this stuff? AEROSMITH! This is the Band of Bands. Peace Out today is 5/6/23.

Very rare for Aerosmith to release recordings from their early days, probably not since Pandora's box in the early 90s have they given us such gems.

@@hankw78 Hardly. They've PARTNERSHIPPED with Universal music group. Combining Columbia which they've had next year with the Sony rights. Now they have creative control over audio and visual. So we are may get more like The road starts hear. They've been filming shows forever so I can't wait.

My favorite rock group of all time. The heart and soul of classic rock is Aerosmith. Get Your Wings I must of played a thousand times. From 8 track to c.d. Feel good music. Not chipmunk rock like now. They put most groups in their place with kick a-- lyrics and guitar licks. Kudos to the Toxic Twins!! Still a part of my musical library at almost 65. " Train Keeps A Rolling.."

If I recall accurately which is not guaranteed when the boys all rented a place in Sommerville Ma and everybody got to the point that they couldn't stand they would attempt to play this song. They were always on the verge of eviction. Moving!

@@stevemcgovern1650 You win uniformed for the year. As a fan from the beginning you took one song with guest players and spun it into a comment full of shit. I SAW that project tour along with the other tour and that album was a monster, would of been the next Aerosmith album if they had of took a much needed break. Try seeing them live and comment on train. I SAW them in 75 and 6 and 7 and 8 and 9 and don't for a moment think you can say you have because your comment is irrelevant and lacking in experience. Perry learned from playing by ear. Wagner and Hunter are good but most people have to Google them and never had the stay talent for fifty years in the same band. Perry can out play them in his sleep just compare his catalog to theirs. And if you ever want to see the most Peter Frampton influenced guitar player ever, look to Whitford. These guys are the real deal.

Watch a 2 hour concert on KZread called Aerosmith The Vault. From Detroit. Tyler plays a 🎹 at the end & Perry plays guitar" On" the piano. Dream On and Sweet Emotion. Ovation songs. Amazing stage presence by All! They brought out a 🎂 birthday cake for J. Perry also. You won't be disappointed in this musical symphony of geniuses. 😃 🎸

I just got into Aerosmith, what happens after this album cause it sounds to me they peak soon then gradually decline in quality.

Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner layed down their best solos and got no credit on the albums I was drawn to them by these solo's in Particular. Then I realized Joe Perry is a Fraud.

@@stevemcgovern1650 Are you kidding me? Joe Perry is not a fraud. Steve and Dick played on many albums in the 70's including Kiss, Lou Reed and Alice Copper. Obviously Joe and the band were able to play songs live for the past 50 years.

Never heard this version. Vocal not quite raw, not quite pure, at the same time, can hear every word, so brilliant. Almost think I like it better than the first LP version, which is stellar. Aerosmith's first two albums will always be my absolute favorites.
