Except that's a pretty tall order.
I always admired how Steven Tyler ,,is singing" even while shooting an Aerosmith video. Look, how many singers barely open their mouth to ,,a high note"- like they prefered to ,,look prettier" or idk- I always have a feeling they don't relate to a song even on a technical level. Steven is the Screamer, one of the greatest vocalist of all time and still ,, feel it" outside recording studio. Look at this coordination- he's a lion. Even without the sound, you would say by looking at him that he's living this masterpiece. This band is so legendary- I have no words. From the lyrics, through guitar riffs, harmonicas, to the iconic music videos.
Josh Holloway went to my high school. Before this he was on Abercrombie bags I think. Pretty cool-one minute you’re humming along in high school and the next you’re in an Aerosmith video with Alicia Silverstone 😜

+EREZ PERETS As I grew and learned to listen to more music, I love and appreciate music from all eras. 60's rock, 70s funk, 80s electronica and so on. It's not difficult to see the lineage of each artist's/band's inspiration from previous generations - exploring them is so much fun. But having my teens in the 90s though, that decade will always hold a special place in my heart for great music. Multiple genres enjoyed their coming of age during the 90s and matured into some of the best material ever to grace our ears.

true!!
Aerosmith was a culture, not only a band. They created songs that are immortal ❤
Interesting fact: This song is written using JoHann Pachelbel’s Canon D chord progressions, written 300 years ago, but this song begins on the 3rd chord in the progression. (I think it’s the 3rd anyway) I apologize if I’m wrong on that. “It is a beautiful and satisfying progression with a perfect loop.” I listen with loop setting on. Once is not enough
the harmonica solo is the best part

90’s Best Time Ever!
Steven Tyler won't get old. He and Joe perry gave wonderful songs. Memories.
I will always remember when this song came out. I was 12 and it was on MTV. Music was good and videos were great. What a good time we had.

Only Aerosmith can make a harmonica sound like it’s the greatest instrument there is
There was a time When I was so broken-hearted Love wasn't much of a friend of mine The tables have turned, yeah 'Cause me and them ways have parted That kind of love was the killin' kind So listen All I want is someone I can't resist I know all I need to know by the way that I got kissed I was cryin' when I met you Now I'm tryin' to forget you Your love is sweet misery I was cryin' just to get you Now I'm dryin' 'cause I let you Do what you do down on me, yeah Now there's not even breathing room Between pleasure and pain Yeah, you cry when we're making love Must be one and the same It's down on me Yeah, I got to tell you one thing It's been on my mind Girl, I gotta say We're partners in crime You got that certain something What you give to me takes my breath away Now the word out on the street Is the devil's in your kiss If our love goes up in flames It's a fire I can't resist I was cryin' when I met you Now I'm tryin' to forget you Your love is sweet misery I was cryin' just to get you Now I'm dyin' 'cause I let you Do what you do to me, yeah 'Cause what you got inside Ain't where your love should stay Yeah, our love, sweet love, ain't love 'Til you give your heart away, yeah I was cryin' when I met you Now I'm tryin' to forget you Your love is sweet misery I was cryin' just to get you Now I'm dyin' to let you Do what you do, what you do down to Know me, know you, baby, right now, right now, baby, right now I was cryin' when I met you Now I'm tryin' to forget you Your love is sweet misery, yeah I was cryin' when I met you Now I'm dyin' 'cause I let you Do what you do down to, down to, down to I was cryin' when I met you Now I'm tryin' to forget you Your love is sweet misery
Coolest thing about this era of Aerosmith for me personally, was that they went from being one of my dad's bands in his generation, to becoming one of MY biggest bands in MY generation. Which is an insane feat they pulled off, by becoming extremely relevant in two different eras. I grew up on the classic Aerosmith albums ,from their debut to around Draw The Line from my dad always playing their cassettes and STILL love that classic dirty era with a passion. I was listening to albums like Get Your Wings and Toys In The Attic at the time right before Pump was about to bust loose, probably around when I was 5 or 6. But then came Get a Grip and it hit right as I began discovering my own bands and it sounded like a different Aerosmith altogether. Like I said, they went from being his band to mine lol

@@StevenTyler887 I'm from the Philippines. I watched your concert at the Cow Palace in San Francisco in 1990. Damn it was worth it. Skid Row opened the concert. Up to now your songs are being played here (Philippines) on the radio & it brings back a lot of memories during my stay there in the Bay Area. I lived there for 14 years and now back here in my home, the PHILIPPINES & still ROCKIN with your songs. Blasting your songs and wakes up the neighbors🤓.
This song and the video are so amazing. They never get old
