    This step is definitely smaller than the big Reebok steps kzread.infoUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG that you may see at the gym. It is just big enough for me and I can fit my size 8 foot all the way on it with no problem. It is sturdy and it has not killed me yet, and I don't think it will. I have had no problems with this step, but I am not doing any serious moves on it. I avoid all acrobats while on this. I do not jump on it or anything. I think if I jumped on it, I would probably injure myself. It would not be the step's fault.I literally use this to step on and step off. Fifteen steps up with my right foot. Fifteen steps up with my left foot. Stepping up and down is actually challenging for some of us with chronic diseases. I used a step in Pulmonary Rehab and I loved it. I had to get one of my own. This is definitely helpful for me and sturdy enough. I have no complaints, but I did not go into this expecting a $100 stepper for $25. I wanted a basic step to compliment other exercises that I am doing. I definitely recommend it.
