How do you have to pay properties in the UAE? In Switzerland we only have to pay 20% in cash. The rest is a hyphotek which you get from the bank which you can pay off in a couple of years depending on how much you earn. Thanks for the infrastructure of Dubai you can be in 20-30 minutes at the airport, downtown, beach etc. and it is also east to get all stuff delivered
