Thank you for your comment. Developers often don't allow the changing of walls which are part of the structure, usually because of safety issues. It depends on what wall is being modified, typically you can request for an NOC for modifications to your property and DAMAC approves in accordance to its standards.

Despite all the problems of damac 2. The area is quiet away from the city pollution. I just sold zinnia r2 mb . Too small am looking for sth with reasonable budget
