I have been doing this workout for a few weeks and I’ve been practicing the moves and I asked hubby to come in last night and watch me do the last where I do everything and he couldn’t believe what I can do. I was proud of myself

*wow i can’t believe that i nailed all the moves in this video! never would’ve considered myself an advanced rebounder so this makes me proud! over 600 active calories burned and counting! i am using the creatine you recommended and OMG what a game changer! so much more energy and fuel during and after my workouts!*

I now have a great routine going to help me loose weight. trampoline/ cardio in the morning and then weights/body weight in the evening. hopefully this will work I know i keep saying it but I love your workout videos and am glad I have found you and your crew

I believe this is my all time favorite. Still very challenging to get through, but I LOVE IT and will keep at it!! I'm finally getting a little back to normal after my 6 week Covid battle 😅

I'm one of these people that know to take a day off, but have such a hard time actually taking a day off. I took yesterday off and today I TOTALLY KICKED BUTT on this workout!!
Wow now that made trampoline fun. I used to just jump on it not knowing what to do, found out boring, then I seen you offer trampoline classes, I was excited to do this class, loved it, thanks again for another sweat session class

Oh dear engage brain for this one lol!
I love these rebounder work outs!! Any suggestions on a sports bra that doesn’t feel like a tank on your chest? I currently have a “shefit” and it does hold the girls in place, however it’s cumbersome. I usually end up wearing two different sports bras to keep them secure. If anyone has any other suggestions, I’d be grateful for advice.

I use a microphone and stereo system that came from our health club. It's an expensive one. The brand is audio-technicia I use a reiever and cordless mic set.
