When you adopt, you have added another member to your family for the rest of your life. I believe Adam Pertman was exactly accurate when he stated, "Adoption is NOT child rental...". They sent this young boy back to Russia all alone. I hope this young boy is OK; let us have compassion for this young boy!

Basecally this kid has a psychological disorder, so he always said to Hannah that he wanted to kill her, burn a house, and when he was trying to beat his aunt with 1.5 killogram statue. So orphan basically tricked this woman to adobted this monster, by saying that he doesn't have any psychological issues. In Russia everyone did understand that this kiddo was sick, and it was just a cirkus on TV

She adopted that child legally he should have automatically become a U.S. citizen and they do now at least, but regardless of if he was or wasn't she is his mother and has a legal obligation to care for him and protect him that she didn't do and if any of us sent our biological children by themselves to another country with a letter that we don't want them we would absolutely be charged with a crime!

Muniira Ali because in the US the ultimate goal of child services is to keep all children with their biological parents. this means no matter how much a sperm donor or birth vessel screws up, beats the kids, starves the kid, is addicted to drugs or poverty stricken they will just keep returning the kid to the bio parents. by the time they finally decide that the child is better off in a loving home he's 10 or 12 and has suffered his entire life so he has a slew of behavior, health, mental and social problems. now he's "difficult to place" and they can't find him an adoptive family. the process to adopt in the US can cost up to $50'000 and take 5-15 years depending on the age, gender and race of the child. that's why people are drawn to foreign adoption

ameliaweightsHe was 7 year old when he returned from the US. Now he is a 14 year old teenager. He has been living in the Russian foster family for 7 years. T. Hansen pays him alimony. Russian adoption was not cheap. In addition, a lot of paperwork and 2-3 trips to Russia. It is not less than $ 60 000. Adoption in Russia was the second most popular after Chinese adoption. Russian adoption was the most expensive and very popular. The reason is absence of the requirements to adoptive parents and lack of control over the families of adoptive parents. Therefore, there was lawlessness in relation to Russian children and many children suffered. Children died from incompetent actions of adoptive parents. This should be due to the huge profits overshadowed by the organizers of this slave trade. They did not spend money on improving the preparation of adoptive parents. They did not spend money on monitoring families. But they fought for more free access to Russian orphans and simplification of the adoption process in Russia. They wanted faster, easier (without red tape) and without state control. They found a gold mine and wanted to work at full strength. American adoptive agencies were scattered all over Russia. If you adopt an American child ... you will receive him with the help of his mother who will systematically fling your nerves. If you adopt a child from Russia ... you get unlimited power over this child and lack of control. BUT .... but Russian children they are great experts in the bashing of others' nerves. In addition, as a rule, they find the opportunity to publicize the unlawful actions of the adopter. I mean ... they will not be afraid and silent. If they reach the police ... then the help of a psychologist is not required. They will tell everything in the smallest detail.

Here's my thought.. You must protect your family first, always. But, when they adopted him, he became family too. They had a responsibility to him. If he must removed from the home, fine. But that means it's done so in a way that actually benefits him. People who have children with extreme violent tendencies can't just give them away. If they cannot handle it, or they or their other children are at serious risk, the child is put in hospitals or other wards of the such, where they receive treatment and begin getting reintroduced to the family unit. Which the family is VERY present in.

Over the past 10 years, US citizens have killed 20 foster children from Russia. A few more small Russians died as a result of accidents and illnesses. A number of children were tortured, beaten and sexually abused, at least 20 were placed by foster parents in a special shelter, some number of foster children from Russia - "transferred" to other families. Their exact number is unknown. The fate of thousands of previously adopted children, the American side could not say anything at all, despite the official requests initiated by the Russian side.

This woman has not made any attempts to establish a relationship with this child. She did not seek help from psychologists. 4. In the United States, a beastly attitude towards Russian adopted children. No monitoring and no protection. 5. Over the past 10 years, US citizens have killed 20 foster children from Russia. If this boy was American ..... then this woman would be in prison. But this boy was adopted in Russia. Therefore, people talk about how bad and dangerous this 7 year old child was. Biased attitude and double standards. A woman is good because she is an American. The boy is flat because this boy is from Russia. Is she good because she wanted to help an unhappy child from Siberia? Is it? What did this boy get in the US? 2 unmarried women constantly suspected him and controlled him. From the window of his room was a graveyard. Very cheerful life with this child? What good did he see in the US? He saw two abnormal women who were locked up in his room and were not allowed to play with their nephew. These women are robbed this motherland of their child, their native language. They are severed by this child's relationship with friends and relatives. They brought this child to hysteria and then threw it away. Then they came up with a terrible story to justify their deed. GREAT !!! And what about Russia? Russia met this child with love and compassion. This boy has been living in a foster for 7 years. There are no problems ... But why are adoptive parents needed? To break down a child's life and brand him with false diagnoses? How good that Russia does not depend on the United States. Russians absolutely do not care what does this woman say and what is fairy tales she tells about this child.

To me this is the ultimate worse case scenario when adopting, that you get a psychopath. Most studies suggest that we all know a psychopath because it's statistically fairly common, and just imagine one in your home drawing pictures of your house on fire. It would be terrifying. Many parents of sociopaths spend their lives terrified, and there are even schools for such kids where the staff has to deal with their organized outbreaks of chaos and destruction. It's really hard to know what the right thing to do with such kids is, but research says that they need love (that they can't return themselves) in order to stay out of the prison system, but who knows if that just taught them how to be expert criminals who know how to manipulate but will never know empathy.Think about how much control someone like that can have if they just don't care what happens to others. Isn't that what most companies want in a CEO? I find it quite disturbing, and I believe we have to do far more research on how to deal with such people. If it's a product of evolution like some claim, this issue may be getting worse.

Of course it is hell if you have to deal with a sick child, but even our own biological children can turn out wrong and we cannot send them "back". At least the child should have gotten treatment provided by his mother. It is the risk you take when you have a child. You might not like your own children. The problem here is that the woman did not want to be a mother if the child wasn't perfect or well or loved her.. You can never be sure to have a perfect child, even if you gave birth to it yourself. People here commenting (not you especially) doesn't seem to remember that.

The birth mother gave the child up for adoption, why should it be a crime if the adoptive parent places the child for adoption? Obviously it wasn't ideal, but you cant expect the adoptive parent to live a life under constant threat and fear for her life. Obviously the boy doesn't want to be there either so why force everybody involved to be miserable?

Wouldn’t u think it would be worse if both weren’t happy in the situation and his resentment grew? He needs therapy and lots of it before being adopted, that’s was the fault of the Russian adoption Agency

When she adopted this boy she became responsible for his welfare. She should have not only made sure that he had a place to go, but should also have personally escorted the child there to deliver him to his new residence. Why does she blame this child but does not produce evidence? Who suffered in this family? 10 year old Logan? NO ! He's fine and he's on Artem's side. Can a cat or hamster be hurt? NO ! I cannot believe that bitch sent him back to the same shithole he was being abused in. This kid simply wasn't shown true unconditional love from a parent or guardian. You can't show a kid that overnight. It takes years of effort to earn. It takes consistency and diligence. The problem is these people who adopt are doing so in order to fill a void. They think that as soon as that child is handed over, they will be happy and it's happy ever after. If you adopt a child as your own you take every single possible scenario that could possibly lead come into play. Dogs are treated better when they're rescued. That's essentially what this woman doing. She was rescuing this little boy and she failed him and sent him back like she was returning a purchase from Walmart. It's crazy to me at the "level of fucked up" people on this earth can be.

Love is not everything. If you truly think love can heal everything, please never adopt, because you would completely ruin an innocent child's life. That boy was ripped away from his country, culture and language, and likely from friends too! Of course he was going to act out - he wasn't a baby anymore, he knew that he lost something huge. And then he ends up with people who kick him out. Seriously, there is no possibility whatsoever that they were not abusive before they threw him away. You can't just expect to rip children away from their bloodlines, countries, cultures and languages and have them be normal and without any problems or with problems that can easily be fixed. Love doesn't solve everything.

Anybody can have a baby (most anyway) but trying to adopt they put you through the ringerThere are many group homes with children that are waiting to be adopted and I've never understood why people go out of the country when there so many needy children that want family right here. Should take care of our own before we head to other countries to adopt . Many needy families here in the United States that are struggling just to feed their kids. Let's take care of them before we branch out to other countries

The reason for the incorrect preparation of the adoptive parents. In every Russian child, American adoptive parents see RAD and FASD. In the US, an erroneous opinion about Russian orphans has been riddled. Biased attitude. Such adoptive parents can not help the child to adopt and assimilate. Such adoptive parents are able to destabilize and embitter the child. It will be better and safer for children if Americans do not adopt them. The prejudiced attitude of Americans towards Russia should not maim the lives and destinies of Russian orphans. Of course you can think that all children in orphanages are spoiled and inadequate. But children should not suffer from American anti-Russian myths. We see problems. but we do not demonize children. Americans can do what they want, but not with our children. In the US, there are no fewer orphans than in Russia. Let the Americans adopt American orphans. Russian orphans need love and protection, but not in demonization.
