    Just got the Boston 12 and the adios pro 3s here. The shoe to get if you havent is the asics superblast, its such a good shoe imo.

    Will look out for the Asics Superblast. Boston 12 look good as well. Lightstrike Pro is a great foam, prob prefer it to ZoomX.

    @@tomharvey-run The superblast are so good that asics hasnt dropped the price of nearly £200 for a shoe that a year old and has no carbon plate! I havent tried any nike shoes in ages, i used to love the original pegasus turbo. I would probably pick some up if I had a road race / road marathon coming up. Im looking forward to the spring launches of the trail shoes. Adidas + Hoka shoes look very interesting.

    @@mohammadtaufek5529 Nice selection, interested to see how you get on with the TS10. They look similar to the 9 👍

    How do the speed pro fit compared to the speed pro SG?

  • @tomharvey-run

    @tomharvey-run

    The speed pro 190 are v minimal midsole with fixed footbed, amazing drainage. Rock plate and smaller lugs. They basically seem to fit the same as the ‘speed pro SG’ fairly narrow precision fit bit long at the front. Both shoes v stripped back racing shoes as reflected in the weights. Not v cushioned with firm minimal Lightstrike foam.

    So which shoe is your daily trainer?

  • @tomharvey-run

    @tomharvey-run

    Good question. My daily trainer depends on terrain, how I feel, conditions: Adios 8 from this range for road. From Hoka it’s usually the Clifton, Rincon or recently Challenger. A lot of my runs are trail so could be some of those too. Clifton seems to take the most miles. I prob have too many shoes 🙂

    Heard good things about the Boston 12 for daily road trainer if sticking to Adidas. Bit heavier than these in review.

    Where is the Boston 12? 😅

    I have been v close to buying a pair a few times but have always not gone ahead (also due to weight). For a daily comfy road trainer I use Hoka Clifton 8 and Adios 8. Depends on conditions.
