ADHD Intense Relief - Dark Trap Mix with Isochronic Tones
Музыка
A dark trap playlist combined with high beta wave isochronic tones for the left brain. Helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance often found in those with ADHD. Part of my ADHD intense relief isochronic tones series.
This isochronic tones music session is designed to speed up your brain while keeping your left brain hemisphere dominant in higher beta. This is helpful for increasing concentration, attention and reducing emotional response and hyperactivity in those with ADHD.

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are usually characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. This session stimulates the left brain hemisphere with a much higher frequency than the right, which helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance.
Note: Each brain hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body. So to stimulate the left brain hemisphere the frequency is played in the opposite right ear, and to stimulate the right hemisphere that frequency is sent to the left ear.
Both ears start with the 10Hz frequency, which gradually ramps up until the 15-minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for 5 minutes and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz. This cycle is then repeated 9 times over the course of the 3-hour track.
Headphones/Earbuds Are Required
As this session stimulates each ear with a different frequency, you do need to wear headphones/earbuds to get the full effect. To find out more about this type of split hemisphere stimulation, check out my article here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....
What Volume?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.

20 seconds in and it's already the perfect brain candy
I love how I try and procrastinate with YT and then always end up here. I'm always like... oh well, better do something with this new found concentration.
I went from staying up late from going to trap shows to listening to trap to focus at work 😂. I am amazed at what you can do! Thank you for all your mixes!
Maybe I shouldn’t listen to this when I start playing a video game but should actually be working instead. 😂😂😂
wait, trap music!?! ok Jason!!!
I listen to your liquid dnb cheetah mix multiple times weekly, but this might just be my new favorite. Nasty in the best way.
Brother you have your hands on the pulse of all genres, what a gift. Two challenges for you - to go full djent (the isochronic tones write themselves) and then do a hard nrg/freeform style mix. If I had money I'd pay 😂THANK YOU FOR SAVING ADHD LIVES WORLDWIDE ❤❤

Also your metal mix was masterful, there's a lot of good links between dance and metal that get overlooked and you are tapped in to both. Thanks for reading the brief, the vibes are all authentic. Fan girling hard but you're an asset to music, and you've helped me through heaps of rough days when the engine just wouldn't turn over. Don't ever stop making these magic beats dude, appreciate you 😂❤
This is surprisingly my favorite one. Turns my brain into badass mode 🤣🤓
I've always wanted melodies that isnt just boring old spa music so thanks!
This is the mood I needed. Sit down, close the world out, and get to work. No more distractions
This literally just gave me the spoons I needed to get through a laundry list of assignments!! Thank you so much
This deserves way more likes!! 🔥 The best workout playlist right here!! My whole mood elevated 😬
It always puts a smile on my face when I sit down to start my work day and I notice a new video from Jason. I'm curious, do you have a favorite genre you like to mix the isochronic tones with?

I like creating house tracks a lot as I enjoy doing the transitions on those the most. As I've ventured into making tracks in various different genres, it's been interesting and sometimes very challenging to learn the best way to move from one track to another. It's the most fun and the most difficult part at the same time.

@@MindAmend I love all the tracks and almost all help me concentrate, except for the hard rock ones. My favorites are the two "indie" ones, would love to have more in that area.

Thanks, Jason - I really like the lo-fi hip-hop vibe. I feel calmer and yet determined, a little head nodding to the beats, but distracting, it carries you! I'm listening, but I'm not listening 🤔😄 More please Mr Lewis 👍👍👍
Thanks for creating an amazing piece of work. I enjoy all your productions, but I keep going back to this one.

For the first time seen on IG a quick adhd trap with the image inter changing then a couple videos down I seen a video of how we can listen to a song over and over and I got to thinking I wonder what these songs are bc I would like to feel good while cleaning right now and as I switch to YT I thought “I wonder if there’s any adhd trap music?”🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 I’ll be here forever now Ty🫠

Wow!!! I have left temporal lobe epilepsy and I can feel tingling in the left side of my head 🤯 I hope it's a positive effect 😂
@MindAmend
10 ай бұрын
The tingling sensation on the left side of your head is quite normal. The isochronic tones increase electrical activity in your brain and the frequency is higher for the left brain. The increased electrical activity can produce a sense of warmth and tingling sensations. This usually leads to increased blood flow which acts like a cooling system. It’s quite common to feel these types of sensations temporarily when using brainwave entrainment stimulation like this. It’s a good way of confirming that it’s having some affect on you.

Doc you went low key hard on this one jeez
Very good, thank you very much
I found your channel recently while looking to see if anyone out there had thought put tones to lo-fi and I love your stuff. I'm ASD with an anxiety disorder, still not entirely convinced isochronic and binaural tones work, but even if they're a placebo they seem to do something for me. Music has always been a big part of my ability to concentrate and my creative process as well. Keep up the great work!

Well done good sir
Really appreciate all the effort you put into these. Do I think there is some pseudo science involved? Yes. But do these videos work? Absolutely!. Thanks!
This is awesome! Always looking forward to coming across new ones... Is there any chance you know which ones are similar but without the squeaky floor/cupboard sound?? For some reason that sound alone is really bothering me in a way I can't describe 😢 but other than that I love it ❤
First 10 seconds feels nice
I love all of your tracks and this one is no different. Just a quick question: Did anyone else find this one makes them quite tired? It's weird - I'm not sure whether the work I'm doing today is what's taxing or whether there's something in this tune that's a little taxing. It's helping me focus, but I keep feeling like I need a break - which is unusual for me.

Wow Awesome Work Sir.. Gr8.. can you please make any special beats for TRADING. See while day trading we deal with emotions. FOMO FEAR DOUBTS ETC. can you design any audio tailored for dealing emotions & it can be as lengthy as much it can be...?
@MindAmend
10 ай бұрын
My ADHD tracks like this one are the nearest thing I would have for something like trading. When using headphones, this track makes the left brain more dominant in a higher beta wave frequency. This helps to put you into a more logical state, as the right brain is associated with processing most of our emotional activity.

YOOO WHAT IS THIS FEELING IM OFF THIS RN
I'm deaf on my right ear, so I tend to toggle the "mono audio" settings on all my devices, would that change the characteristics of this audio? would the tones in this video still help me to focus? Thank you.
