ADHD Intense Relief - Dark Trap Mix with Isochronic Tones

Музыка

A dark trap mix combined with high beta wave isochronic tones for the left brain. Helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance often found in those with ADHD. Part of my ADHD intense relief isochronic tones series.
This isochronic tones music session is designed to speed up your brain while keeping your left brain hemisphere dominant in higher beta. This helps increase concentration, attention and reduces emotional response and hyperactivity in those with ADHD.

► More videos in the ADHD Intense Relief series: • ADD/ADHD Intense Relie...
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are usually characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. This session stimulates the left brain hemisphere with a much higher frequency than the right, which helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance.
Note: Each brain hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body. So, to stimulate the left brain hemisphere, the frequency is played in the opposite right ear, and to stimulate the right hemisphere, the frequency is sent to the left ear.
Both ears start with the 10Hz frequency, which gradually ramps up until the 15-minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for 5 minutes and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz. This cycle is then repeated 9 times over the course of the 3-hour track.
Headphones/Earbuds Are Required
As this session stimulates each ear with a different frequency, you do need to wear headphones/earbuds to get the full effect. To find out more about this type of split hemisphere stimulation, check out my article here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....
What Volume?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.

Why not both? There is almost no chance your hustle will be that good but can be fun for in the moment and practice can help you up your game. Just don't care how whack you sound too much and worry more about getting stuff done. Unless you mean trying to draft up some bars, then don't. Only bs hustling will be fine.

@MIKETJR YES! Oh my gosh, I'm laughing at myself because I'm about to make the absolute cheesiest comment EVER in the history of cheesy KZread comments... Remember (you probably don't because, well, cheeeeeeesy and I think I'm the only person who watched) the scene in the Mariah Carey movie, Glitter, where she's in the club and the guy plays the track and she just starts going nuts with one of her iconic freestyle runs? (To anyone unfamiliar with "runs" in this context, I am *not* talking about the unfortunate bodily release of sh*t) lol When I saw that scene, I was like, "Oh my gosh! I thought I was the only person who did that!" I love instrumentals like this -- I can just hear in my head the vocals that are missing...(even in songs that have vocals, I often find myself thinking things like, "Huh...I would have done it like *this*....") But I most love improvising runs to instrumentals like she did in that scene. Like...it shows how many different ways one single piece of instrumental music can be interpreted. And it makes me want to stand in a drum circle of sorts with other vocalists and we all take turns singing the runs we hear in our heads...ya know?? No? Am I alone in this? LOL Anyway, if you've read this entire comment, thank you so much for coming to my CheesyKZreadX Talk. 😆

For realz, this track is sooo good, and ranks as JL’s GOAT, IMO! No exaggeration, I’ve been a 6-plus-hrs-a-day JL addict going on at least 2 yrs, have tried them all, and this one hits hardest. It has that perfect JL mix that keeps cruising on all cylinders with deep-and-clean beats accompanying melody hooks that keep us moving without overheating the engine or veering off-course with distractions. Instantly rose to my #1, beating out longtime leader “Synth Mix” because it has an edge of “Be a man and get to work!” Am going to travel many miles on this one. Love it. Thank you, Jason.

  • @JLynn_StreetSavvySEO

    @JLynn_StreetSavvySEO

    2 ай бұрын

My ADHD meds are a generic version, and so far, so good, no hitches getting my prescription...but I'm still worried about the day the shortage hits generics, too...and I think, "Well, I need it to function, so there's no way my doc/pharmacist would let me go without, right? so I'm not going to worry about it." But, as you and so many others are proving, there ARE people who are going without. How is that right? I mean, I think even some doctors don't see ADHD and other neurodivergence as an "actual" ailment -- I mean, we aren't going to DIE if we don't have our medication, right? Well, no, we aren't, but not being able to concentrate is its own kind of death... I once asked a hiring manager if I could have an accommodation for the interview portion, and I'd never asked any hiring manager for an accommodation, innately knowing ADHD isn't taken as the serious condition it is. That person told me "We don't make accommodations for that." And "for that" has stuck with me. For that?? For having a brain that, while more than capable of carrying out the duties of the position you're hiring for, doesn't operate the same as a neurotypical individual? I'm not a victim, I'm not disabled in the physical sense, but to have my suspicions about how people view us so openly proven was eye-opening. I hope you're able to chat with your doctor and get switched to a similar medication or a generic version so you can find relief. 💜

It's really wild how much this helps. Better with headphones, but even without it's really helped me focus. Thank you for producing these! I like lofi but it's not great for getting work done (makes me want to daydream). I've had an ADHD itch to sidequest how to make this kind of music so I really, really appreciate that you've got us covered. Thank you so much!! Also, it really would be interesting to see how you put these together. I'd be down for watching that!

Thanks again Dani. I use software called Mind Workstation to create the isochronic tones and brainwave entrainment effects side of the audio. Unfortunately, the developers stopped updating it and took the app off the market in 2018. So at the moment, it wouldn't really help much to see how I do it. I'm hoping someone will develop a new comparable app in the future.
