This is me! I'm struggling and it just feels like I'm not disciplined enough. I have not been diagnosed, I just know I struggle through a lot of things, always busy doing everything and nothing. I'll try the tips here. God knows I need all the help I can get so I don't flunk out after how hard I worked to get here. Thank you so much.

The thing is, the symptoms were always there and everyone just thinks you're a restless child, I did not have any learning issues in secondary schools, largely because I studied myself and the coursework wasn't as challenging.

I am a premed and studying for the MCAT, it has been a wild ride! I knew this because of undergrad but something about the pressure of doing well on the MCAT makes my ADHD go haywire! You are like a future me, big sister me, validating my experience through your experience- new subscriber! :) Wish me luck on this dang exam lol

OMG... Thank you so much for this video.... It has completely changed the way I see and understand ADHD, it's the first time I see it as an advantage rather than a disadvantage. you can't imagine how comforting this is. Thank you so much.

Thank you for these tips, not professionally diagnosed but the shared experiences are compelling. It's hard to be disciplined but I'm started to understand why

Thank you so much for this video. I’m going back to school to become a PA and as I mentally prepare to start school as an adult for prerequisites and then school in general. I needed to hear it from someone in it ❤

thank you so much for this😩 honestly even just finding that another medical student with adhd exists has made me so happy !!! P.S. I'd love to hear you speak more about the advantages ADHD can provide- especially within medicine! Since being diagnosed I have become very curious as to whether we can potentially find ways to use adhd as a superpower- I'd love to hear your thoughts on this!

I like how even in the color coding section you didn't stick to a system like color definitions in x, color a in y, you just went with what ever you were feeling at that time. I get so caught up in needing to stick to a system but I can never stick to one system, I always want to change up systems every few weeks or months. So allowing oneself to not have a "within the box" system for everything and being able to just do what's goung to work for you in that moment is something I'm going to let myself do for more than just color coding
