अधो मुख स्वानासन VS पर्वतासन | Adho Mukha Swanasan VS Parvatasan in Hindi

यह दोनों आसान दिखने में तो एक सामान लगते है मगर इन दोनों में अंतर है, आप अगर पर्वतासन को कर रहे हो तो आप कुछ चीज़ो का ध्यान रखेंगे , जैसे के
। दोनों पैर एक साथ हो
। हाथ आवर कान एक साथ रहेंगे
। आपकी पीठ सीढ़ी रहेगी
यदि आप अधो मुख स्वानासन का प्रयास कर रहे है तो
। आप के पैर एक दुसरे से दूर रहेंगे
। आपका कान हाथ के सामान नहीं रहेगा बल्कि आपका सर ज़मीन के और जाने का प्रयास रहेगा
। आप की पीठ ज़्यादा स्ट्रेच करेगी
यह दोनों आसान आपके पीठ को स्ट्रेच करने में आपकी मादा करेगी
और फ्लेक्सिबल बनने में मदद करेगी
अगर आप बिगिनर हो तोह शायद हो सकता है के शुरआत में फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी काम हो और आपकी हील्स फ्लोर तक न पोहोंचे, कोई बाथ नहीं आप अपने घुटनो को मोड़ के प्रकटिस करें। अपने शोल्डर को थोड़ा मोड के अपने पीठ को सीढ़ी रखें। जितना प्रैक्टिस करोगे समय के साथ आप बेहतरीन बनते जाओगे।
पर्वतासन के फायदे
पर्वतासन ब्लड फ्लो बॉडी में सही करता है
पर्वतसेना पोस्चर को इम्प्रूव करता है
पर्वतसेना उप्पेर और लोअर बॉडी को बैलेंस करता है
पर्वतसेना फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी और स्ट्रेंथ को बढ़ता है
पर्वतसेना बोगी के दीजेस्टिव इम्प्रोवेस करता है
पर्वतसेना दिमाग को ठंडा रखने में मदत करता है
पर्वतसेना पेठ के अंदरूनी अंग को भी स्ट्रेच करता है
पर्वतसेना वेट लोस्स में भी मदद करता है
Parvatasana and Adho Mukha Swanasan they look the same, but they are different when it comes to alignment. They also called Mountain posture and Upward facing dog.
The major difference between Parvatasan and Adho Mukha Swanasan would be,
Parvatsan: 1. Feet together
2. Ears and arms are in a straight line together
3. Spine straight
Mukha Swanasan
1. Feet apart
2. Ears and arms are not in a straight line but the head is trying to reach the floor.
3. Spine arched and trying to stretch more.
Even though they look the same but Parvatasana is more stable and grounded, practicing which will give you more stability mentally and physically, Also this tries to stretch hamstrings and spine shoulders.
Adho Mukha Swanasan will stretch your spine and hip along with your arms and shoulders.
These are the postures used a lot while practicing yoga and helps to relax your mind and body with good stretches. Try them with your regular yoga sequences to feel better.
Benefits of Parvatasana or Mountain Pose and Downward-facing dog
Parvatasana or the mountain helps in maintaining good blood flow throughout the body. you can feel the flow of blood right from the tip to the toe. Parvatasana engages the whole body and infuses the rich blood to all the organs ensuring a healthy body.
Parvatasana is best for the employees who sit longer duration, This asana gives a good and quick stretch to the whole body. The practice of Parvatasana or Downward facing dog pose brings the tight spine a wave of flexibility.
