Ingredients: 200g soybeans, 1000ml water, 50g white vinegar, 50g water
Today I will share with you a hand-made tofu method. The method is simple, without gypsum, internal fat and brine, only white vinegar. The tofu made is white and tender, just like the one you bought, with zero additions, and you can eat more at ease.
Add 1 tablespoon of ordinary white vinegar to the soy milk, it will instantly change to tofu. It is simple and no additives, so you can rest assured than buying [Apang Pasta]

@阿胖面食 煮的时候还加过1500ml水,豆渣带掉和蒸发的水份,成品豆浆的浓度应该9-10%吧?

你好,對不起,不好意思才回覆,豆浆本身就可美容保濕,很久以前我試過把弄出來的浮沬敷在洗乾淨的臉上,再一邊煮豆漿, 一切弄好之後,再去洗乾淨臉,發現臉上的皮膚變得又白又嫩,我自己都驚喜了一下, 就記住了。💖🙋♀️

If you want a tofu without the beany taste (most people do not like): throw the unsoaked beans in a pot of boiling water without soaking and cook for about 15 minutes to destroy and denaturate the enzymes that causes the rancid bean taste in soy milk, when using the normal soaking method at room temperature and let cool down while soaking it until tender. Continue the recipe as described.

I just saw that the beans she is using, doesn't have any husk after the soaking, meanwhile I'm feeling desperate trying to remove the husk of the beans that I'm using after the soaking, question: Is this happening because we are using different kind of beans, I mean soy beans?
