Uh I don't have that mod there only on my switch???
Would i have to start a new games for the mods to take effect?

No need to start a new game, the mods will work on an existing save as soon as they're loaded through the steam workshop box on your opening menu screen. When active they'll be working on all saves until they're uninstalled.

Dragon eggs are found on the island of Kozita, this island opens after year 4 and a questline.
How u put a race track car on ur island???

Kozita island has a quest for a kart and a recipe to build as many karts as you want.
How to cheat game there?
I don't have it I have switch game?

I believe the Kozita Island expansion is on the switch edition of Garden Paws, it just requires playing until year 4 of the game and doing a long quest chain that starts at the docks in town.
