Hi Andres, I just want to say thank you. I've spent two weeks watching videos constantly trying to get a simple VR setup as someone who is completely new to this world. I've had some success and learnt a bit, but realistically nothing ever got to the polished version I was able to create using your video. Please ignore the haters, I think your pace was perfect and I loved how you went into more details of why we were doing what we were doing. I have liked and subscribed and can't wait to learn more from you. I haven't looked through your videos yet but would really like to learn how to teleport and rotate smoothly next. Thanks so much!! I really had problems to set this up, all other tutorials I watched where completly.... strange... and it is easier as I thought to set up a simple locomotion + hands. Of course the Layout of unity and the oculus integration changed a bit, but everything is working also 3 years later (2023)

Excellent tutorial Andres. Please make one refining the grabbing in order to have a more realistic effect (the hand grabbing the surface instead the center the ball). Thanks

For example, yesterday i was searching how i can assign in one of the A - B - X - Y buttons the function to restart the game - scene from it's original position and setting. Couldn't find anything that i understood at least. More specifically, i'd like to see a super simple tutorial for a 2 person multiplayer pvp game.

Hi, after I install the apk on quest 2 that is built with the mentioned procedure, the jittering of hand controllers slowly start and they continue to jitter with increased speed.

I have 2 sets of hands overlapping each other I can pick up objects fine. I just want to remove the 2nd pair of hands. Can anyone help?

Thank you so much for the video! it was extremely helpful! Quick question, the position of the hands is a little off, like the are a little too far away. Also, moving around the controllers makes the hands turn upside down and directly pointed at the player. Do you know how I can fix this? Btw, I subscribed! :)

For Custom Hand Left: Position x, y, z is all 0 Rotation x and y is 0, z is 90 Scale X, Y, Z is all 1 For Custom Hand Right: same as above except Rotation z = -90 For Left Hand Anchor: Position x, y, z is all 0 Rotation x, y, z is all 0 Scale x, y, z is all 1 For Right Hand Anchor: everything is the exact same as Left Hand Anchor

You talk too sloooow, are too sloooow and explain the things quicker. you want me to racist since you take soo long that just talk in a different language soo you dont take too long
