The more Adam is impressed the more animated he becomes, the highest level of his admiration involves him cupping his face. Boy did she nail it with that costume. Fantastic.

I had to go back and look at other videos, you're absolutely right, hands-to-face is the highest accolade you can get from Adam!

It’s terrific to see two people talking and connecting over something they’re both passionate and knowledgeable about.

Someone who is this talented at DIY costume replicating should really be hired to work on film production. The talent... it's like someone who found their calling.

Film industry sucks.. shed need to confirm every creative decision with 20 people and wait for a response before being able to put any of her ideas into motion that lead to this amazing costume 🤮👎 I'll never understand why when seeing a successful creator people say "tHeY shOulD giVE uP all ThAT cREatiVe fREEdOM aNd wOrK fOr SoMEoNe ElSe"

why is it that seeing adam geek out over someone else's work brings me joy?

Adam always gets the best guests to appear on this channel, and then he does an amazing job interviewing them and helping them to show off their work to their best. Thank you Adam, for introducing us to another wonderful creation from a wonderful creator, and letting us see a bit of the magic behind the wings!

I love how excited Adam is looking at all the details even with his experience, this is what makes me keep coming back. He is genuine in celebrating skilled makers all around him.

What I love is that it is clear that amazing work is an iterative process with mistakes along the way. It is rarely perfect the first time.❤

A really great show !!! What an amazing job she did !!!

Im amazed by the structure of the wings staying put so nicely. I used armature wire to build my kids nine tailed fox costume, and I struggled getting them to stay up. I probably needed thicker wire, but Id love to see detail on how the wings attach to the body. Im sure the corset helps a lot with the structure.

Anyone else screaming at the screen for her to turn around so we could see the back of the costume?? Amazing work. ❤❤❤

Honestly, some cosplay creators are artists in their own right. Amazing ingenuity!

Clicked for the black and shiny, stayed for the craftsmanship. Amazing work! By the way: the achilles heel of most cosplays is a distracting cheap wig that makes everything else fall apart. But this wig looks true to the character on Sandman.

I hope they make a season 2. The art direction of that series alone makes it well worth a watch. Very creative, otherworldly but also grounded. She did an amazing job recreating that costume, looks 100% like what it looked like on screen 👌🏻

Adam, you were struggling to keep your hands to yourself. It was adorable. The hands in the armpits is his tell.

I watched the battle scene between Lucifer and the Sandman again, and I gotta say she nailed that costume. Amazing work.

That cosplay is amazing! The wings are phenomenal, I just want to flap them. The hair here is imo even better than the original, as this hair implies horns in a way that the original just doesn't.

While not free, the tyvek painters coverall "bunny" suits you can buy at home depot are a great source for that type of mock up fabric.

What a fantastic build, no doubt a lot of hard work. Well done.

This video just popped up after I watched the last one... What a gorgeous outfit! It would be so even without the wings. I've loved the gothic / alternative fashions for 18 years now. Coming up with an idea of making the wings animatronic using Bowden cables or something similar, with drive on the back and wheels in the joints to make the wings expand or retract.

Having Adam swoon over your costrume and build process must be one of the greatest rewards for any cosplayer

That was one of my favorite Lucifer depictions in a while.

I love that she followed nature's design for a bat wing and was inspired by it. She looks so proud of it, and with good reason!

I so get the "procratinating" on a project like this. On a recent Laura Kampf video though I saw someone drop the term "Procrati-making" and my god does that fit! So from now on, I'll be using Procrastimaking when I'm stalling a hard job by perfecting something I'm working on.

I've been following her on Instagram for a good while now, so happy to see her get the exposure she deserves! I'm a woodworker but I love watching people make things of any kind. Appreciate you bringing her on and shining a spotlight on her!

I'm always happy to see Adam get so excited around other people's costumes and props and such, but I have to wonder if they talk about what he's allowed to touch beforehand? Adam seems to be very hands on when it comes to things he's excited about, and I just hope he's not invading anybody's boundaries of comfort when doing so. I mean, can't blame him, he's around some of the coolest stuff there is, and he's a very hands on person in every aspect of his life it seems.
