Sandler makes me proud. Hes a good guy, who just wanted to make old school style cheesey comedy movies with his friends. Uncut Gems is also absolutely phenomenal. Spanglish is another good example of his acting. Underrated as a serious actor and beautifully rated as a comedy man, keeping us giggling at ourselves and "so stupid its funny" in the mainstream. Gotta respect it all.

What I'm most thankful for with Adam Sandler is how his movies can bring so much joy and laughter in any situation by quoting them. Whether you're hanging out with one person or at a big party, if you start quoting Sandler movies everyone laughs and has a a good time. People who hate his movies outside of "Jack and Jill" and a couple others are just looking for something to be mad at. My litmus test for whether or not someone is cool is for me to start by saying "I saw 2 fat naked bikers off 17 having sex..." and if that person replies with "How am I supposed to CHIP with that going on Doug?" then I know that person is cool. Sandler is THE MAN!
