ഈ ചാനലിൽ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട പ്രഭാഷണം.

അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ 👏👏ഒത്തിരി സന്തോഷം തോന്നി. അദ്ധ്യാപനത്തെ ജോലി എന്നതിനപ്പുറം ആത്മാർത്ഥമായി നോക്കിക്കാണുകയും സ്നേഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ചിലരുടെയെങ്കിലും ആശങ്കകളും വേദനകളുമാണ് താങ്കളിവിടെ പങ്കുവച്ചത്. കേവലം രണ്ടു വർഷം മാത്രം അദ്ധ്യാപന അനുഭവമുള്ള തുടക്കക്കാരിയ ഒരദ്ധ്യാപികയാണ് ഞാൻ. എൻ്റെ തുടക്കം ഒരു CBSE വിദ്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നുമായിരുന്നു അവിടെ എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയിരുന്ന സാലറി 5000 രൂപ മാത്രമായിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് ജോലി ചെയ്തത് വളരെ നല്ലൊരു icse വിദ്യാലയത്തിലായിരുന്നു അവിടെ ഉയർന്ന സാലറിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ അവിടെ നിന്നും ജോലിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടും അല്ലാതെയും നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്ന അനുഭങ്ങൾ തുടക്കക്കാരി എന്ന നിലയിൽ എൻ്റെ ആത്മവിശ്വാസത്തെയും വ്യക്തിത്വത്തെയും ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നവയായിരുന്നു.അതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ തുടരുവാൻ ഞാൻ വേണ്ടത്ര താൽപര്യം കാണിച്ചില്ല.പല എയ്ഡസ് വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലും ജോലി അന്വേഷിച്ചു 25 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ മുകളിലാണ് മിക്ക സ്കൂളുകളിലും ഡൊനേഷൻ ചോദിച്ചത്. കേരള എലിജിലിറ്റി ടെസ്റ്റ് (K-TET) യോഗ്യതയുള്ള ഒരദ്ധ്യാപികയാണ് ഞാൻ. അതിനിടയിൽ ടെയ്ലി മേയ് ജസ് എന്ന പ്രഹസനവും പരീക്ഷിക്കാതിരുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷെ എൻ്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൻ്റെ വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ ദിവസ വേതനത്തിൻ്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അദ്ധ്യാപകരെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നത് രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികൾ മാത്രമായിരുന്നു. കുട്ടികളുമായുള്ള നിമിഷങ്ങളും അനുഭവങ്ങളും അവർണ്ണനീയമാണെങ്കിലും. ബാക്കി അനുഭവങ്ങൾ മടുപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. എൻ്റെ ചെറുപ്പ കാലത്ത് ഞാനും ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് അദ്ധ്യപനം ആഹാ എന്തെളുപ്പം. വരുക പഠിപ്പിക്കുക പോവുക .സാലറി , അവധികൾ, സമൂഹത്തിൻ്റെ ആദരവ് അങ്ങനെയങ്ങനെ. ഇന്ന് അദ്ധാപിക എന്ന പദവി അലങ്കരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മനസിലാകുന്നുണ്ട് മനസ്സിലാക്കി വച്ചിരുന്ന മണ്ടത്തരങ്ങൾ. എൻ്റെ രണ്ടു വർഷത്തെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ ഓരോ അവധിയും പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസത്തിനു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള കാത്തിരിപ്പായിരുന്നു.പിന്നെ ആദരവ് അത് ഒരു പരിധി വരെ അദ്ധ്യാപക ദിനത്തിനു മാത്രം മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ഓർമ വരുന്ന വസ്തുതയും. എന്തൊക്കെ ആയാലും അദ്ധ്യാപനം ....... ഒരു പാടിഷ്ടം ....... ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളും അദ്ധ്യാപക വിദ്യാർത്ഥി സമൂഹങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാവുകയും നിലനിൽക്കുകയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ എന്ന ആശംസകൾ പ്രാർത്ഥനകൾ☺️🙏

പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് കയറി എന്നതുകൊണ്ട് എയ്ഡഡ് സ്കൂളിലെ ടീച്ചേർസ് പോര എന്ന് എങ്ങനെ പറയാനാവും?! 1) എല്ലാ എയ്ഡ്സ് ടീച്ചേർസും കുറേ PSC പരീക്ഷ എഴുതി കിട്ടാഞ്ഞിട്ട് പോയി എയ്ഡഡിൽ ചേരുന്നതല്ല എന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കുക.. മറ്റു പല സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ നോക്കിയിട്ടാണ് ചേരുന്നത്.. ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കഴിഞ്ഞിറങ്ങിയ ഉടനെ,വീടിനടുത്തുള്ള സ്കൂളിൽ പോസ്റ്റ് ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് ചേർന്ന് ഒരു PSC പോലും എഴുതാത്തവരും, എഴുതി കിട്ടിയിട്ട് പോവാത്തവരെയും ഒരുപാട് എനിക്കറിയാം.. 2) ഇനി,PSC പരീക്ഷയുടെ കാര്യം എടുക്കു- കുറെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ കാണാപ്പാഠം പഠിച്ചാൽ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ പാസ്സാവാകുന്നതേ ഉള്ളൂ.. - അങ്ങനെയുള്ള പരീക്ഷകൾ പാസ്സായി ജോലി കിട്ടി എന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു നല്ല അധ്യാപകൻ ആവും എന്ന് ഉറപ്പു പറയാനാവുമോ??? അതു കൊണ്ട് PSC പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അധ്യാപകരെ വിലയിരുത്താതിരിക്കുക..! എയ്ഡഡിലും ഗവൺമെൻറിലും മികച്ച വരുമുണ്ട്, അല്ലാത്തവരുമുണ്ട്...

All most all problems in India and Kerala can be attributed to the quality of primary and secondary education. It is one of the area which is most neglected and requiring urgent intervention by the government and society. Very few people in India(hardly any politicians) appreciate the importance of school education in a child's life. I really appreciate Dhanya Bhaskaran for taking up this issue.

Hi Divya, Very good presentation. Just a suggestion to add., It would have been better if you could emphasis with some real examples where students lack the literacies (Ref. WEF skills req for 21st century). For Example: Financial literacy; I bet most majority of fhe school students are not aware how to fill a demand draft or how a banking system works. Civic literacy: How many of our children are aware about the difference between Village office, Panchayath, Taluk etc. This would help parents to understand that how important are those literacies in day today life. All the best and waiting for the next presentation!

@@aryamangalaa7096 Dpep വന്നതോട് കൂടി ആണ് സിലബസ് ന്റെയും നിലവാരം കുറഞ്ഞത്. അതിനും മുൻപ് ഒക്കെ lp കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു വിദ്യാർത്ഥി നന്നായിട്ട് വായിക്കാനും എഴുതാനും എങ്കിലും സാധിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നൽ ഇപ്പൊ 10 aam ക്ലാസ്സ് പാസ് ആയവർ പോലും എഴുതാൻ അറിയാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് dpep ആണ്

@@aryamangalaa7096 അല്ലല്ലോ സിലബസ് ന്റെയും യം approach ന്റെയും തന്നെ കുഴപ്പം തന്നെ ആണ്. കുട്ടികളെ അക്ഷരം നേരിട്ട് പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല പകരം കളികളുടെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നതൊക്കെ ആയിരുന്നു നടപ്പാക്കാൻ നോക്കിയത്. Dpep പ്രധാന ലക്ഷ്യം കൊഴിഞ്ഞു പോക്ക് നിറുത്തുക എന്നത് തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു. കളികളുടെ പഠനം നടപ്പാക്കുക എന്നത് നല്ല ഒരു ലക്ഷ്യം ആയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ കൂടിയും എത് വളരെ ദയനീയം ആയി പറജായപെട്ട്.കുട്ടികളെ അക്ഷരം വായിക്കാൻ പോലും അറിയാത്തവൻ ആക്കി മാറ്റിയത് dpep ആണ്.

@@jithinjames8465 dpep- വികസിത കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാടുകൾക്കും സാമൂഹ്യ പരിതസ്ഥിതിക്കും അനുസൃതമായി ഒരു വൈജ്ഞാനിക വിപ്ലവത്തിന് കേരള സമൂഹത്തെ പ്രാപ്തരാക്കാൻ പോന്ന മികച്ചൊരു ''ഉപകരണം ( tool)'' തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ.. നമ്മുടെ പോളിസി മേക്കേർഴ്സിനു സംഭവിച്ച ഭീമമായ അബദ്ധം, പാഠ്യപദ്ധതിയുടെ അന്തസത്തയെ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളാനും പ്രായോഗികതലത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കാനും നമ്മുടെ അദ്ധ്യാപകർക്ക് പരിശീലനം നൽകുന്നതിൽ അമ്പെ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു എന്നുള്ളതാണ്.

Ms Dhanya Bhaskaran, what I'm going to write here is something wistful. Being a septuagenarian what I would scribble down doesn't ascribe to any thing real. I wish I had a single teacher in my school or college, let alone two, who was as good as you are with equal educational standard, proficiency to convey a message to a listener and the sincerity that you manifest. I haven't heard a naked truth being articulated in impeccable Malayalam by a speaker on the subject of Indian education's pathetic, ludicrous and shameful situation and setup before. Even though you said, that many of your B. Ed. class/college mates wanted to become somebody else but a teacher. Let me tell you, that majority that chooses to be in teaching profession would not be selected for any better job is a fact. A good number of them is good for nothing. Even a peon's post is too much for their quality standards. You have said it already, though, let me reiterate that the arrant quality of Indian teachers is not only their own inabilities to impart fundamentally factual knowlege to their wards but, they themselves are victims of poor quality and standard of education proffered to them. Therefore, they are not alone but the whole setup of education be dismantled and reformed. Dr Vaishakhan Thampi like teachers are that we need.

Madam it is not UNESCO it is WEF said about 21 skill which a student need in future on the eve of job loss and emergence of new jobs....... So can I criticise and blame u that u r not eligible to conduct this seminar as it is because of ur nervous that u add UNESCO instead of WEF Perhaps this s the biggest issue in a democratic &secular (notional/real) country like India.... When new proposal comes they protest and criticise the draft or proposal rather to adopt it at least try it... So mindset of people should be change it need minimum ethics...
