good day sir, fantastic video as usual, this is from a yoga teacher who talks about this pose and says: extend neck & spine. look up life chest, avoid rounding back as it stretches sciatic nerve (unless you are an advanced person who knows nerve flossing). anterior pelvic tilt lengthens harmstrings. straight or microbend knees. plantarflex ankles reduces nerve tension on calves, thus targets hamstrings. dont need to grab toes just breath and reach how far is comfortable.
Through focus and eventually meditation; the shushumna nadi will open but all this is part of the Yoga journey and the 8 limbs of Yoga. Postures is only one aspect of this. Don't be fooled by words like getting super powers as allot of channels will add this for attention.
Can you do just Paschimotanasan? As Halasana,is difficult to do for me, coz of my belly fat. Please guide. Thank you so much for all videos you create spreading knowledge and healing🙏🙏🙏

Q: Can you recommend a practice that can make dreams and hypnagogic imagery more vivid? To a person that very rarely sees vivid dreams or hypnagogic images (most of which are either very dull or not imagery at all)

@@ishyfished I started to do cold showers only again now I feel more active and I just try to go out more and be social I think I need to re learn it and learn to enjoy it again. It’s a process and I couldn’t go outside because my heart was still very heavy, when you meditate in the heart it sometimes lightens and then I also do aum chanting the first video (musicmindmagic) it opens the throat, then I can go out more easily. It’s about being loving inside out and carrying outside what we created inside in the period of being alone and in the quite. We actually all try to create love and if we did we are able to put it in the outside world, I see that then the success comes because the open hearts balances everything intuitively

I walk around barefoot as often as I can on the grass and I also sit under a tree or hug it very very long because I trielt feel a connection and the love of it coming to me and giving me strength to do what I got to do because the tree can not walk, it can not talk, but we can, it gives us the energy to be human and to live what we are born for, so for me it’s like a gas station, the station is needed for the car to drive but it can’t drive itself so hugging the tree gives me Ocitocin the feeling of safety connection and unconditional love and power ….. Sorry I could talk hours about that.
