Newsies is amazing I actually met Jeremy in a Zoom Meeting in April 2020. He's super nice and super chill, his Wife is very polite and outgoing like him. His Daughter is adorable. I also saw Newsies twice in 2018 professionally, I saw it twice in 2019 in the form of a local High School Production. Then I recently saw In The Heights in May 2022 and then in September 2022 I saw Hamilton twice. I agree that Non-Stop and Santa Fe are great showstoppers. Wish I could see Newsies again, I wanna see it in the UK. This show is my life

2:01 to be fair seize the day the big showstopper number is the number right before santa fe with almost the entire cast on stage. in fact on opening night newsies got a standing ovation after seize the day. 5:03 just saying Les is actually 12 but yeah.

There was a small local production of Newsies a couple of years ago that during this number didn’t use tap shoes during the dance break. It sounded completely wrong…
