How do you think her parenting went with her daughter what grew up angry? My niece has been in jail so many times for attacking people, including police. The person she’s not attacking is the very person who hit on her as a child… I made a decision after my sis told me over the phone that she has desires to hit me not to hangout with her anymore or financially help her. I’m tired of bullies who take their anger out on nice people!

Naomi’s kindness and character shine brightly and she still looks beautiful despite the burns and the trauma she’s been through. She’s been through a lot, thank you for sharing her story. I admire her strength❤

12 years is not enough in my opinion; she should have received no less than 25 years in prison. When a person could be so evil to commit such a heinous crime they should be punished severely.

Mary's self-hatred, which was brought on by a low self-esteem and inferiority complex, led her to commit this heinous act against her "friend". She isn't crazy, just sick in her soul. The very thought of Naomi being friends with Mary for 10 years and never seeing something like this coming gives me chills, and proves what a wicked and evil person Mary truly is. So unfair that she received a 12-year prison sentence while her victim received a life sentence. Naomi is still a beautiful woman, inside and out! 🤩

Exactly. And the other chick in this documentary who said she and the girl who did this to Naomi felt that she was insecure deep down. That is called jealousy. She was happy, confident and somewhat popular so that meant she was insecure and needed to be the center of attention??? These women are not her friends at all. They seem like women who suffer inferiority complexes because of their skin color, felt Naomi was better than them because she was not as dark and they couldn’t care less what happened to her. I don’t even know why they were interviewed.

Trust me, you can sense evil in a person … but unless you take the time to listen to your gut and shut off thoughts and judgement, you can see people for who they are.

Naomi missed that red flag the moment Mary said she was gonna throw acid in her face… because we all know what acid would do… so a true friend would NEVER even make a comment like that, and I hope while Mary's behind bars she realizes that *"Beauty Is Skin DEEP and that acid she threw didn't touch Naomi's heart"*

My sister threatened me once & years later, I forgot all about it, thinking we were in good standing & the moment she went thru something that made her feel bad about herself, that's when she acted on it. I wish I had stayed away from her but gave her the benefit of the doubt bcuz she is my blood sister.

i believe she wanted her to live with this permanent disfigurement which is even more evil than murder. she wanted to make her feel "ugly" for the rest of her life.

Your compassionate heart & your loving soul is what has always made you so incredibly beautiful. And it always will. There's no amount of acid & hate that could ever take that away from you. Your a very courageous & inspirational woman. I wish you nothing but the very best going forward.

I pray Naomi finds peace. I pray you get to a place where you feel confident in your body. I had an acid accident as well that left me looking different. I have been pursuing normal smooth appearance of the face ever since. I understand your pain& can only imagine to the extent you are grieving. You look beautiful & the progress is amazing. This was a bittersweet episode. Not only was it her friend which was the sad part but look at her now she is blessed … bet Mary can’t stand it. And only 12 years!

Absolutely Gorgeous Woman !! Keep on Keeping on ❤. Sadly this Monster didn't receive 25 + years for this horrible event. 12 years isn't enough for a lifetime of suffering . So glad she was wonderful loving friends and family.

And they way the morning host anchor just jumped up to hug her was pure compassion. He really showed how much he cared and wanted to catch the person who did this to her

I can't believe I cried through this video. Naomi is still a beautiful person, and her personality is that of someone I would want around me all the time. This Mary should have to go to jail for longer than 12 years.
