Really good
You are so clear in your teaching. I wish you had taught pharmacology when I was in pharmacy school. I am really enjoying your videos. After 30 years I've forgotten some of the specifics of MOAs of the drugs I dispense daily. It doesn't really come up when speaking to my patients, but is the stuff I geek out on.
You are definitely out here teaching me better than the school I pay tuition to... thank you!!
the sound of your laughter as you repeat the process is so comforting and reassuring :)
It feel like i experience heaven when i found your channel. This really helps me a lot ❤🔥
Thank you my second teacher ❤️❤️

Most thought out and straight forward video on ACE inhibitors and ARBs. Zach, we salute you. I love it when you piece together the mechanisms of these drugs!
You are an inspiration and have taught me SOOOO much. You make the material interesting and present it in a simple way, making it easier to retain
he is a genius in explaining thinig, im supporting your channel and website thnk you
You’re absolutely fantastic at explaining how it all works! Thank you 😊
At first, I want to thank you and all of your team for the great work and dedication to make these type of videos that is comprehensive and informative. However, I want to comment on some of the information presented: 1) The Receptor that is responsible for mediating most of the angiotensin II activity is called AT-1 receptor not AT-2 receptor and ARB act by specifically inhibiting AT-1 2) ARB class of drugs ends with the suffix SARTAN like valSARTAN , candeSARTAN etc 3) Continous and chronic elevation of Angiotension has a mitotic activity on vascular SMC and cardiac myocyte and that is why ACEI or ARB are beneficial for cardiac hypertrophy as it lower the progression of this process. 4) Renal effect of these drugs is by mainly antagonize the effect of ANG-II on efferent arteriole which will eventually leads to dilation and decrease intraglomerular pressure. By relieving the stress on glomeruli that is beneficial is case of nephrotic syndrome or kidney disease. Also that is why renal artery stenosis is contraindication as it will cause sever drop in glomerular pressure by decreasing blood flow from afferent arteriole and by vasodilatory effect of ACEI on efferent arteriole. Thank you again for all your efforts. I hope you all the best.

You're welcome
Sir, I have never across this type of teaching experience. Very interesting. Vast knowledge in short period. Highly appreciated. Never forgotten. Thank you very much. Triple gem bless you.
You ALWAYS make sense. Each and every lesson Zach gives is a performance akin to "I SOLISTI VENETI", an Italian chamber orchestra founded in Padua in 1959 by Claudio Scimone. I was at the time at the U. of Padua learning electrophysiology. My congratulations to Zach
I am so grateful for this video, thank you truly. It is so disappointing that there channels on youtube that explain things better than professors in universities.
I swear I don’t even need to go to class because of you!!!! You truly have a gift!!
This is really an excellent lecture . I am a physician and also hypertensive taking ACE-I inhibitors and helps me for more follow up

I have been following you for years and I almost passed up on this video for a shorter one because it's really late and I have to be up early in the morning but you woke me up with this video. Absolutely crushed it, man! I LOVE the content that you make because you really know how to perfectly scratch the itch of not just wanting to know that " 'x' does 'y' " but HOW it does it. Thank you so much for your content!
I REALLY LOVE THESE LECTURES...I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART..
I really appreciate the effort you did in simplifying this information thank you , keep going

You have so clearly and specifically answered my questions about the heart failure I experienced and the drugs I am taking. My cardiologists spends about ten minutes with me, not enough time to thoroughly understand. So thank you from the depths of my heart for taking the time and effort to educate all of us.

You need to be more aggressive with your heart doctor and demand more time and better explanations as it is your life, and you are paying for his time. I'm sure he charges for way more time than he is giving you. Be pro-active. He is employed by you. Ask his office manager if he bills by the hour or the visit. Then explain that if the hour, he owes you money. If it is by the visit, the visit isn't over until you say so or you'll find a physician that will take the time to treat you properly. It's your money and your health. You have a right to get your money's worth.
