Didn't mean to catch this many mice at once, but it's actually a fairly decent mouse trap.

chickens will fight over eat mice... one of neatest things I've seen chickens do

Good stuff. Accident or not, a dozen captured mice in a SINGLE nite is never a bad thing EXCEPT....You have a serious vermin problem. Get proactive in extermination efforts or your birds' health may suffer. Also....Store your feed in covered METAL containers.

What are the dimensions of your quail cages? The old ones that you are tearing down

They were about 3.5 feet wide by 1.75 feet deep each.

Too bad you don't have a big snake, that would be fun...two big snakes, even more fun!
