It means "Blessed is the name of the lord" in Hebrew. Both Jack Black and Hank Azaria are Jewish so obviously, they selected the pun here. A year after "Year One" came out, we had a slightly similar comedy in Hebrew called "Zohi Sdom" (This is Sodom). I'm all too familiar with religions logical fallacies and how this movie blatantly puts them in the spotlight for ridicule for the effect of comical entertainment. I just found this scene particularly funny because a bearded man with a somewhat crazed look about to sacrifice his son "in the name of God" and casually talk about cutting off penises is priceless! I also like the high priest oil rubbing scene... hysterical!
