How is forcing someone to give birth against their will seen as humane? She didn’t want that baby, she likely regrets the abortion bc this man goes out of his way to guilt trip her. That much is evident bc here he is saying he wants to make every single woman pay for what she did.

They didn't see my baby at all only the sac, and couldn't find a heartbeat, it was too early. I didn't realize because my other pregnancy I saw ultrasound later into the pregnancy for the first time. Went to my OB at 10 weeks and I could see a little baby head legs arms and torso just moving around kicking and moving on that ultrasound. 3 weeks 3 weeks and there was a little baby moving around, dancing in the ultrasound. I was blown away. My Forth pregnancy and God's miracles never cease to amaze me. Babies are a miracle from God and its so awful and sinful to deny God's miracles.

Her parents kept in touch with me to let me know that after 5years, this little creature as she was when she was born, so tiny and helpless develped into a beautiful little girl with no negative repercussions. I was so happy to hear of her wonderful progress. My heart goes out to this man.

One of my friends gave birth prematurely at 22 weeks, and no one tried to save her baby. They dressed her in a donated layette and cuddled her until she died. Some hospitals won’t even treat the baby until a certain date because they are considered “not viable”. I believe this callous attitude is completely political, as there is an interest in keeping the viability date at 23 weeks and not pushing for better medicine.

There you go! To think of all the fathers who want to be intimate without accepting responsibility, there should be a law if indeed a man or teen boy is willing to be responsible or at least let the child have a loving home, then they should have say against abortion. If you are not ready to be a parent, then avoid being intimate. Even tubes tied and vasectomy are not 100% guaranteed. There is much more to being intimate than the pleasure. There is a lot of responsibility behind it. Unless the doctor deems that there is no hope for the baby due to dire health conditions, and the Lord confirms that, and the baby has to be removed for that reason, it is not right to abort. As for rape or incest, my heart really goes out to them, but they still have a right to live. Jesus has a purpose for those babies as well, even if it means a couple who cannot bear children or prefer other ways than biological can give loving homes to them. This is one of the countless reasons we need Jesus.

I terminated my pregnancy at 23 weeks because of family pressure when we found out she had severe disabilities due to a rare chromosomal syndrome. I still have a hole in my heart and cry about it years later. On one hand, I understand that it may have been cruel to bring her into this world when she wouldn't have had a good quality of life. On the other hand, I wish she wouldn't have been seen as a burden to society to the point that I was pressured into termination. If I knew that her Healthcare, nurses, and specialized care would have been covered I would have pushed through the pressure and given birth to her.

I'm so sorry! I can't imagine your pain. There is a book, "Forbidden Grief", that talks about the grief women who've had abortions go through. I don't know if it would help you, but it may be a good source to check out. I can understand that you were young and were pressured to do this, but it seems to me you really didn't want to, and I'm so sorry that you had to go through that. Just know that even children and people with disabilities are precious and can be loved. I've seen, as well as live it, as I'm disabled. Mine wasn't from birth, but the same people who have no issues having an unborn, disabled baby aborted would also have no problem having me killed if I became to much of a burden on society. It's happened in many societies throughout history. I've also seen disabled children that were such a joy to their parents and whose parents deeply loved them and cared for them. I don't say these things for you to feel guilty, but to think about in the future, if Heaven Forbid, this should ever happen again, and I pray it doesn't, and that you have wonderful, healthy children who bring you many years of great joy.

I am so sorry that you were pressured into such a choice. I am so sorry that you weren’t given the support you needed to continue to hold her for as long as you could. A hard life is still life and has purpose, and should not be willfully terminated by human decision. I’m sorry that you have responses even in this post that invalidate your deep grief. I pray that you can get support as you grieve and mourn. I pray that you will also know, as I now do, the amazing grace that our Heavenly Father offers us through his own beloved Son, Jesus Messiah. I know now that I murdered more than one child. I have repented of that sin, and I know that I am forgiven because of his grace. I know that someday I will meet them in the presence of our LORD and Savior. Hugs for the hard of what you went through and what you are still going through.

I told she didn't have to have anything to do with it, but I'll do whatever it takes to raise this baby and give it a chance at life. Praise God she decided to go ahead and give birth to a beautiful son, our first grandchild. He's the most beautiful thing I'd seen in a long time and my daughter is a wonderful mother. When I watch clips like this I tear up at the thought of so many, equally beautiful babies that haven't made it. This case alone cannot be used to attack or criminalise abortion. Pregnancies can happen in different circumstances and some may really put the person carrying the baby at a greater risk, mental or physical or even social. Yes, the best thing would be not to be in a position to abort a baby. But, sometimes things happen out of our control. Also, sometimes there won't be a father like him in most women's lives who opt for abortion. So, one case cannot be used to justify anti abortion. However, in my opinion, in certain cases, the father should have the right to choose and have a say in the mother's decision given that he takes sole responsibility of the child once born and mother shouldn't have any custody over that child. And in my opinion it should be the same if a woman decided to keep a child against a man's will.

That baby girl had a body, and her right to live mattered. What about that baby's rights? She was a growing, living human. You can pretend you don't know better and dilude yourself into believing abortion is a right, but deep down in your soul you know that is a person that was murdered. Right and wrong are written on your heart and you will have to answer to God. I hope you find Jesus and gain forgiveness because He is the only path to overcome sin. @nataliam9007

Not a duty, if you see it like that, you shouldn't be having sex unless you voluntarily make yourself infertile, you can do that to your body, you surely can, your empty uterus, your choice! I think 5 months is too far along to even consider it, but also the gf made an adult decision. Yes, later on it was a mistake but it was a decision made. No one handcuffed her to the doctor office and did it against her will. No one is the same and not everyone will share your beliefs. I delivered my friend's baby during a spontaneous birth when my friend was about 5 months along. That little boy was not 10%. He was a fully formed teeny tiny human being. He was not just a clump of cells. Sadly he only lived a few hours but he still lives in my mind even though I have not seen that friend in many years as I moved out of NJ in the end of 2011. That birth happened in 2006 if he lived he would be coming up on his 18th birthday. He took his first breath in my arms. The paramedics arrived and rushed her and the baby in separate ambulances to the hospital. My mother took her last breath in my arms in 2003. I will never forget the moment of his birth or the moment of my Mom's death. Clementine was a very real little girl and my heart hurts for you in your loss. Abortion is not a mistake. It is murder by someone not in their right mind because of the stress of the unplanned or possibly violent conception of that tiny human. God loves all babies not just those that make it out of the birth canal and survive.

Even as I'm six months along with my second pregnancy, I still feel like I'm missing a child. I feel for this man, and I hate how warped society is where men aren't allowed to keep their children just because the mother of the child gets cold feet. I lost my first baby at 12 weeks, I just told it’s just one of those things that happen. I lost my second baby at 28 weeks, after telling my doctor that I believe something was wrong because my baby was barely moving, and he put it off as he’s just growing. It turns out that I have a condition that nobody can diagnose that causes my placenta to shut down. I’ve done every clotting test in the world, and nobody can figure out why it happens. They have figured out How to prevent it from happening, through Lovenox injections. I now have five beautiful children. But you are right, when you lose a baby within three months, everybody just passes it is it’s just one of those things that happen, it just wasn’t meant to be, it happened for a reason. None of it is comforting. I can’t even imagine what it’s like for a woman to choose to abort their child, all the feelings they must feel after it has happened. I pray for them.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus came as the Son of God and gave his life for you. ♥ Jesus Christ loves you so much that he came as God in human flesh and died on the cross for your sins and rose on the 3rd day defeating death. Turn from sin to the one who can forgive you and give you a new heart, new desires and peace. All who repent greek word metanoeo meaning change ones mind from believing in what you believe in to believing in Jesus Christ death, burial and resurrection will be saved. Realise you are not a good person and have sinned against a Holy and just God. Gods standard for good is perfection which we cant be perfect because of sin and we can't die for our own sins. There needs to be a Holy, perfect sacrifice to take your place and be the atonement for your sin who is Jesus Christ. Turn to him cry out to Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead and you will be saved. For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. If you have hated someone Jesus said you have committed murder in your heart. Jesus said if you lust after someone sexually you committed adultery in your heart. To know to do right and do wrong is sin. Lying, stealing, using God's name in vein, unmarried sex, getting drink, getting high, etc. God's standards are alot higher than ours. We have to go by his standards. We all deserve to die and go to Hell but God loves us enough to send his son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. We cant say we dont deserve it or that we are good. It would be like going to a judge and commiting a crime and telling him all the good things we have done in life. He would say it doesnt matter you still did the crime. That is why Jesus paid for our wages so we can be set free. Put your trust in Jesus Christ like you would a parachute and you will be saved. God's grace is unmerited favor and is given to all who accept the free gift of eternal salvation. Turn from your sinful life to Jesus Christ before its to late. Eternity is to long to be wrong. I love you and Jesus can make your life better and give you joy, peace and love. ♥

There are many situations in life where choice is infringed, some unlawful, some not. A mother may not have her two-year-old torn apart by medical instruments, however much the quality of her life or finances may be improved by it. Don't get caught up in the legalistic religious aspects. Read the Bible. Seek wisdom from the wise. And be willing to make whatever changes are necessary. (Changes that likely are required of your spouse AND you.) This could lead to a happier, healthier, long lasting marriage, or divorce. Matthew 19 & Matthew 5. There was a point in time where just about everyone would at least offer their condolences. Now that fetuses are viewed as "parasites" and not children to be, it's more of a "get over it and just make a new one," or even a "good, think of how much money you'll save."
