Bahria is a great place to live. Possibly top 2/3 places to live in Karachi. It is an expensive place to manage however which is understandable.

Sheep mentality is what keeps them away and it's exactly sheep mentality that's going to have them 'falling over each other' to get in. It's a matter of when, not a matter of if.

Maintenance charges, electricity,water charges, continous increase, indicates bahria management is dakoo

I guess it really comes down to your definitions regarding beauty and peacefulness, very subjective to say the least. If you wanna live in a state of comparisons, there will always be something better than what you currently have. Unfortunately, this is the epitomy of a weak mindset. Taimoor is sharing his personal views regarding his lifestyle in BTK and what he appreciates about it. He's expressing his gratitude and admiration which don't neccessarily have to align with your opinions. Woh jahan hai, khush aur mutma'een nazar araha hai Masha'Allah. Agar apko bhi yeh khushi mil gayi hai tau bas Allah ka shukar karo aur yeh khushi dusron main baanto.
