You can contruct a house anywhere in Precinct 30. What I meant was that because that area is farther away from Jinnah Avenue, that is why the prices are lower and less houses are being constructed All plots in Precinct 30 are possession plots and can immediately start construction on them

Decent construction however, for a 500 sq yd home, don’t you think the bathrooms are a bit small? They all should have had glass shower cabins at least. Also, it’s not clear which bedroom is the Master? Media walls are not there (perhaps due to budget constraints). Lastly, in this elevation, I didn’t see a decent size first floor terrace either.

Yes baths are deliberately small in this as per discussions with clients Everyone has their own requirements and that is why each house reflects the personality and needs of its owner There are so many other things that can be done as well Why not make an awesome designed house together :😀

Decent home and I felt you had a feeling could have made it even better had the client provided bit more budget. One question I may ask is the large windows on the Level 1 do not appear to be double glazed with sun protection? and what did you use on the roof to minimize the temperature for level 1. Being a corner house and open architecture. I hope you had incorporated thermal protection bricks etc otherwise the folks will need a lot of aircon to cool the house during hot weather

All costly ideas and beyond the scope of work. For proper heat proofing, we use jumbolon sheets and double glazed windows but obviously that costs more

It means that there are so many other problems that need my attention that focusing my energy on a 3000 rupee issue is not top of my list right now as is the case for so many Pakistanis Currently the fight is for survival and yes these charges and so many other things that are happening in the country, especially related to the economy, are wrong and unjust and there will be retribution when there will be rule of law But till then, the best thing anyone can do is register their protest
