    Bahria is a great place to live. Possibly top 2/3 places to live in Karachi. It is an expensive place to manage however which is understandable.

    5 saal mazeed lage ga P30 ko abad hone mai Ali block se mazeed aage jana abi not worthy hai very scary at night times 😢

    I live in Precinct 31. There are almost 100s of families here and in Sports City who live this side No issues Alhamdullillah In fact, I prefer the peace and that's why shifted here from 10A

    You made an interesting comment regarding Overseas Pakistanis having their own houses constructed in this Precinct and visiting once or twice a year. My question is about the safety of such houses. Given that these houses will remain locked for most of the year, how secure is BTK in this scenario? Specifically, what measures are in place to prevent theft or damage to the house and its accessories? Your expert opinion on this matter will be crucial in deciding whether to start construction now or wait?

    You can contruct a house anywhere in Precinct 30. What I meant was that because that area is farther away from Jinnah Avenue, that is why the prices are lower and less houses are being constructed All plots in Precinct 30 are possession plots and can immediately start construction on them

    It's both slightly hotter and much colder than main city Nights are just heavenly in BTK, while afternoons have a bit of heat punch

    Depends on the project. 125yds takes around a year, 250yds around 14 months, 500yds 18 months including all holidays, Eid breaks and estimated delays

    Decent construction however, for a 500 sq yd home, don’t you think the bathrooms are a bit small? They all should have had glass shower cabins at least. Also, it’s not clear which bedroom is the Master? Media walls are not there (perhaps due to budget constraints). Lastly, in this elevation, I didn’t see a decent size first floor terrace either.

    Yes baths are deliberately small in this as per discussions with clients Everyone has their own requirements and that is why each house reflects the personality and needs of its owner There are so many other things that can be done as well Why not make an awesome designed house together :😀

    I have my university education in management and I provide management services for the entire construction process From design to final handover, we have a whole team of people with us in the form of consultants, both structural and architectural, while I keep design and supervision in my own hands as I just love that part In short, I manage this entire construction team of supervisors, engineers, architects, consultants and all others that are required to operate efficiently

    Decent home and I felt you had a feeling could have made it even better had the client provided bit more budget. One question I may ask is the large windows on the Level 1 do not appear to be double glazed with sun protection? and what did you use on the roof to minimize the temperature for level 1. Being a corner house and open architecture. I hope you had incorporated thermal protection bricks etc otherwise the folks will need a lot of aircon to cool the house during hot weather

    All costly ideas and beyond the scope of work. For proper heat proofing, we use jumbolon sheets and double glazed windows but obviously that costs more

    It means that there are so many other problems that need my attention that focusing my energy on a 3000 rupee issue is not top of my list right now as is the case for so many Pakistanis Currently the fight is for survival and yes these charges and so many other things that are happening in the country, especially related to the economy, are wrong and unjust and there will be retribution when there will be rule of law But till then, the best thing anyone can do is register their protest

Always look below you before giving an opinion. Injustice will always prevail due to non participation of people like you who can afford these charges.
