Still the King after 43 years nobody can or ever will hold this record

Graceland is a beautiful home. A place that Elvis felt safest. He bought Graceland for his parents. Elvis said they had taken care of him all of his life while he was growing up and now it was his turn to take care of them. He also bought the pink cadillac for his Mom although she couldn t drive. Sadly his Mother only got to spend one Christmas at Graceland because she became very ill while Elvis was in the army. Elvis got an emergency pass from the army so he could be by her side. Sadly Glady's passed away at the age of 44 the first night that Elvis was back in Memphis. Although Elvis loved his Father very much everyone says he was even closer to his Mother. Some say that Elvis never got over losing his Moma. Elvis said in one of his interviews that he wanted to give her so much but she never wanted anything and that she remained the same through it all, meaning during his rise to stardom. So when I look at Graceland I don t see a museum, I see a home that Elvis wanted to share with his family. I am so happy that after Elvis and Precilla married that Lisa Marie got to spend much of her childhood at Graceland. She was 9 years old when Elvis passed away in 77. Lisa has said many times that she loves it at Graceland and has had lots of fun there riding the golf carts and playing. When ask if she was spoiled by Elvis she said that she knew that she was very loved by her Father.

I feel same when I see Graceland bring good memories

When God made Elvis it was his finest masterpiece to date. 🌈👩🏼🌈

Even in death, he taught the entertainment industry what celebrity could do to a person. Sadly, no one heeds it.

I watch a documentary the other day that said he made almost 22 million dollars either the late fifties or early sixties yet because of his generosity he was only worth about five million. Gave away houses, cars and even a jet and a yacht....

Wow little did they know what it would be today 2018. 41 years after his death Joe Esposito ELVIS’s road manger and one of his closes friends just past away Last year 2017. Alone with Red West and his cousin Sonny West both pass away as well last year. RIP. And Graceland is doing as good if not better then ever. 41 years later. That’s just one reason he was the King.

The Fans learned very early on that Elvis was approachable. But this turned out to be a downfall in his life because he knew that he could never simply walk down the street, go shopping, or go out to dinner without special arrangements. Most famous people go unbothered in public ive seen plenty of it in both NY and LA where people will whisper to each other about a star in the room but Elvis would have been swarmed all because of his approachable reputation. Do you think 100 fans could hang out at the entrance gate of any star’s home without the cops being called? And his fans did it nightly. Sometimes he invited them all in at least on to his property within the gates.

30 -40 lbs! Incredible! What kind of an athlete do you need to be to perform for one plus hour on stage!

It's sad Graceland isn't the same anymore! When it went corporate, Graceland left the building just like Elvis never to return!

Elvis had a will but Parker was still getting 50percent of elvis money until cillia took him 2 federal court then he had 2 pay back 15 million 2 her

He`s 100% alive and he is Pastor Bob Joyce . He`s the older pastor Bob and the younger Pastor Bob is none other than Jimmy Ellis {Orion}

sorry but elvis is dead has been for over 45 yrs now and pastor bob joyce is not elvis he is far too young at being 17yrs elvis's junior !!

@@gassbaggerwoods5955 Pastor Bob is one of Elvis`s brothers . The scar on top of his right hand proves that . Jesse , Franklin and Johnny/ Pastor Bob took over being Elvis in the early 70s . You need to do Just a little researching .

@@tedharrell4169 NO one is any brother of elvis he had ONLY the one brother a twin born minuets before him and died at birth, the only brothers he had after were those of his fathers new wife his STEP brothers. the scar on elvis's right hand was already explained by his cousin billy smith and NOTHING can prove elvis is related to bob joyce they are NOT related at all all elvis life bob had not been mentioned that was only in 2011 over 30 yrs since elvis died some idiot said bob was elvis and started the stupid rumour. bob is 17 yrs younger than elvis so how can he be elvis jst aint possible? bob has said so many times he is NOT elvis has never tried to pretend he is , he knows he is not and never could be he has said as much . so as you say "Pastor Bob took over being Elvis in the early 70s" how ? . that's a load of bull, elvis died in 1977 and up til then he was going great guns in his concerts worked right up to his death , why would bob have to take over from elvis in "The early 70's " ? wat you say has no substance , its bull makes no sense . your telling me "You need to do Just a little researching" . you Mr Harrell need to look closer to home , seems YOU are the one needs to "research" , as you have come up with nothing but lies , untruths, and rumours .
