There are others like this with runway areas The future for developers is always there for cleared land. My ideal use would be an air community like Jumbo Air in Florida. New homes with hangars. One new twist. All electric air vehicles in out about the airport. a carbon free airport with housing. Put that in your corn puddin and grits boys

Jets like your talking about take 4000’ runway, sign said 2800’ hanger space here in IL I’m paying $170 mp plus electricity, same single t hangar in chicago is $600 month. Large corporate hanger like that in decatur il is 56k year rental but has access to 3 long paved runways

Theirs a north Raleigh airport between Franklin ton and lewisburg, 2600’ long. Hard to f8nd from description.been into Henderson-Oxford numerous time with contractor I fly with. Tate and Lyle has p”ant oil plant close by, also a sand and gravel plant that sell a lot of sand for fracking
