Private Airport for Sale
A private airport for sale is hard to find, but especially a private airport for sale in one of the most beautiful and safe and private areas in the world. This airport is on the Olympic Peninsula west of Seattle across the Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, nestled in a large level valley with the Olympic Mountains to the south. The location was chosen for the building site because of the weather and climate conditions, including the fact Sequim is famous for its Blue Hole or Rain Shadow in which it only gets 16 inches a year (the same as Los Angeles used to get), which is one-third that of Seattle. Breaker, no, none of us go to Seattle from Sequim. We’re 2.5 hours from Seattle, and why would we ever go to Seattle. SeaTac yes, but that’s there and back. There’s no shopping we need there. We have our own Starbucks in Sequim and Costco and Home Depot.

The Seattle riots destroyed many Seattle businesses, the Covid-19 lockdown forced a large number of businesses to permanently shut down, a six block area of downtown was taken over by people with guns who also raped and murdered people, the Mayor prohibited the police from stopping all the crimes and violence, the city defunded the police dept, and well over 100 officers have quit. Seattle increased taxes on the wealthy, and so many wealthy have left and big businesses are leaving Seattle, including Amazon! Crime has skyrocketed, and the homeless population has jumped along with major drug activities. People are selling their condos and fleeing Seattle. It’s a nightmare.
